This McDs is something else and not in a good way. I’ve been here about 6 times already since they have opened. The only time everything was fine was the time I went in and ate. They are slow to answer the drive thru , so I’ve been ordering from the app, which is no better. I walked there once and ordered the Dinner box , a slush, and couple other items. I asked for a bag(because I walked) and they told me they didn’t have any. Another time i ordered at drive through, pulled up to pay , waited about 3 min. No one was there, so i pulled up to the window you get food and got looked at like i crazy. I told them no one was at the first window. Today I ordered 5 different types of 5 ice creams and a large fry at 10:04 pm. I was told to pull up because they are waiting on fries. Then, I was informed they couldn’t make my chocolate shake. I suggested they put some chocolate syrup in a vanilla shake. After waiting about 15 min. He comes to the window with 2 McFlurries, a vanilla ice cream, blue slush(what we ordered) and vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. No cup holder for all those cups! I asked him if he was going to change the price bc I paid 3.59 for a shake. He walks away, then a manager comes back and says I can get some other cold drink, bc they have no milkshakes. Fine, he brings me another slushie. He closes the window, but I’m still sitting there… I had to remind him about my fries. That ordeal took 25 min.

Used to liked this place but the service doesn’t hit the same anymore it’s like they dont even wanna be there. Not to mention there’s always kids playing around while I wait in the lobby for some help until a person decided to help me they were nice and made sure I got what I needed maybe get better people for service I should not be getting an attitude for no reason #Badservice.

I went in a couple days ago and ordered the number one combo large, not only did they make me park for over 10 minutes but I was running late for work and when I got there there was a long black hair on my burger
I called and the manager literally said “there’s no way” calling me a liar. this place is so disgusting I truly hope no one ever comes after this they’re so gross and the customer service is horrible.

So exciting we have a new McDonald’s less than 2 miles from our home. I went for the first time tonight.. Our first visit was awesome. Customer service was on point everyone was so friendly starting with the sweet girl that helped me make our first order without the app and we still get our points. So helpful with getting the code right.. The food was hot and our order was correct. I will be back again to this location. ❤️❤️❤️

The old ghetto McDonald’s a little farther is much better than this one. This one was new so I figured I’d give it a try. I ordered only one burger and one medium fri. I did ZERO modifications or anything to any of my meal. I get up to the window. They ask me to pull around to the front and park, which isn’t a problem at all. The problem started whenever 17 different cars left a line in a 40 minute span and multiple order aheads and I STILL didn’t have my food…Ended up having to pull around and park again so they could remake my order. Lady was super nice about the whole situation.

Horrible customer service. This short chubby Mexican girl attended me through drive thru with an attitude, rushed me through my order. She handed me my order and I asked “is the buffalo sauce in here” she responds back with “it should be” and as I’m trying to check for the sauce she continues to stand there and watch us for a second as we’re checking and proceeds to close the window before I could say anything and walks away and proceeds to start doing something else. I waited at the window, beeped the first time no answer she clearly still sees me there looking at her and ignores me so I beeped two more times and nothing till she had to come by the window to put the sweet tea bucket where it belongs right by the windows and that’s when she finally opens the window. Everytime I go there she’s typically always the one to attend me and everytime is the same thing with her like if you have no motivation to work then don’t. Customers don’t need your ugly energy you give off.

This location is pitifully managed and in its short time of operation has been nothing less of a missed opportunity. The owner and managers should be ashamed of the outrageous wait times, which are only to be contributed to lack of expertise in restaurant management. Get together or tear down and allow another company that’s skilled to take its place. The community deserves better.
