they took over 20 min for my food. all the people that order inside were waiting and nobody ask if they need help or which order they were waiting. its just a bunch of lids working there and talking to each order. but its ok they are not the problem is their manager. He not even turn around or ask the front cashier what is going on with the customers. He is the leader and he is more careless than them. I was supervisor in a retail store. a lot of minors under me. You need to be example for them for they fallow the right path.

They take way to long when you order through doordash or uber. They may as well not even have a phone because i have NEVER gotten an answer when calling. The drive through is closed 60% of the time and the service is terrible. When you order online they act as if its an inconvenience to them. And lastly the fries are hit and miss sometimes they taste days old.

Fast service. Lady was very kind. Its a truck stop with McDonalds attached. Food was fresh the coffee was great. Truck drivers idiots as usual. Plenty of truck parking but they wanna park in front of entrance.

Hamburger patty on the home style burger was horrible. Me and my husband threw in the trash can. Taste like something taken out of the trash can. Fries was horrible. I was there to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee could care less about any of the customers. Always smirking when asking something. Had orders ready and when we asked about the order completely ignored us. It is atrocious that you treat customers that way and take 30 minutes to give someone there food. Not to mention someone with a big orders leaves before someone with a small order. After the person with the small order ordered first.
