When Chelsea the manager is there I feel safe. When she is not i dont. My decaff coffee that was made by someone else made my husband and I both, very sick. We felt like we were going to pass out with a weird sensation in our throats. My husband had to pull over to catch his breath without feeling like he was going to pass out. It took over an hour to feel comfortable without passing out to drive home. Also the 2nd drive thru is not operable and there’s no sign to Indicate that before driving up.

Since new management or whatever is going on this place is not like any other McDonald’s that I’ve ever visited. It’s in a good location business wise because of all the plants in the area.It use to be my go to spot for breakfast since it’s convenient and down the street from my job but that has changed. Shift broke down to only management working early morning shifts and that didn’t work because the lines were always long and the wait time for the orders was ridiculous .A lot of the times ,while you are waiting on an order at the window, you see the workers doing nothing, sometimes playing around and you have to ask for simple condiments like a napkin that should automatically come with every order .You have to pull up for the simplest order even when there wasn’t a line ..I had to pull up for a frappe. This morning several cars were in the drive thru and I’m thinking orders were being taken because of the wait, just to be told that they were not taking orders and this was at 5:39 am .I give up and the area didn’t have anything else open because of the holidays, so no breakfast for me on my eight hour shift for today

Went through the drive thru last night cashier blessed me with my order! I was shocked cause this has never happened to me. I told him I needed to pay he said No ma’am I paid Merry Christmas . So with that I will be paying it forward! ☺️

The food was cold as always. I had enough and called spoke with a manager while i was at my job and she said bring the cold food back no problem and she would have my name on the board unfortunately I ended up in the emergency room so unfortunately the food was put in the trash. Got screwed again. I don’t know who owns this McDonald’s but they really need to do something.

What can I say about this location . Let’s start with customer service. There isn’t any. Every time I’ve been here, something is wrong with my order. Either my food is cold, they are out of certain sauce for burgers, or my order is missing something. This time, I went and received my order for breakfast. They forgot my hashbrown, and I’m eating and guessing what I’m eating, a long piece of hair. Called them and she asked me to bring the food back, but I wasn’t able to. I was home and told the lady I could come back tomorrow, and she said I had to bring the food. Really, I wasn’t keeping that.

Sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes pulled up to the windows was told it would be another 15 minutes several people inside if your not open don’t turn the lights on and make people wait I stopped there for convenience so I can get to work

Went through the drive through late. And was a horrible mistake. Took forever ( I was the only one in the driveththru). And I got cold fries, hamburger was smashed and not only did I also get cold chicken nuggets , they only gave me 7 instead of 10. I’ll take a slow whataburger at night over over a faster mcdonalds that can’t count to 10.
