This is not the first time I have visit this location , however it was the first time service was very bad. Window person on 12/26/2025 at around 9:30 PM has horrible customer service etiquette. He seemed dirty , not suited to handle food and had a very nasty attitude . Took 40mnts to get my $18 order , how is this possible ? And still my order was wrong and missing items . I was very disappointed

This is one of the McDonald’s that has been outfitted with the large kiosk.
And more modern look. The human interaction has been cut down to a minimum and while the staff seem to be running a tight ship.There is one thing that gets on my nerves. I don’t like if my family.And I decide to stop by McDonald’s because we’re out late that every single time.One of us wants a drink refill.We have to go hunt down staff to get it for us. The access to the fountain drinks has been removed from the lobby.

Dropped by the drive thru to grab my family some quick dinner. Ordering was a breeze. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed that anyone prepping the orders would think that this is ok to give to any customer. We ordered medium meals for a reason. We do not expect to get medium fry boxes half full. I’m not one to complain but this is unacceptable. Hope they do better in the future.

Horrible service this morning at 6:26 am. ordered Hot chocolate peppermint mocha . Bare minimum, no chocolate taste , no peppermint, no milky, no flavor. Taste like literal HIT WATER. Went back complaint given . Everybody said they are out mocha but the drink is called ” peppermint mocha” WTH really weird . Anyway made second drink and then it taste like peppermint mocha which shows me the first one was made WRONG or bare minimum. Manager was the worse no sense of customer service and gurl at window could barely communicate, English was difficult to make out . I’m going back to Starbucks. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Make the drink right or go home

This place is very nice. Big clean bathroom. With a changing table in a stall. Big eating area and huge play area. Lots of fun for the kids. Lots of different activities. One of the best McDonalds I have seen. Also, great customer service. They took my order at the register without hesitation. They did not act upset I didnt use the self order kiosk like I’ve seen at a lot of other McDonalds.

Went to this McDonalds and I pulled in right after this little Nissan did and he didn’t stop to order at the box he just went straight to the window and when I pulled up he was standing outside of his car at the window talking to an employee inside. He didn’t pay but he was brought a milkshake and then he got back in his car, closed his door and sat there for about 5 more minutes and then the employee brought him a bag of food and they shook hands and the guy left. I understand if he was getting food from a friend or something that’s fine and all but pull him up and take care of the paying customers. And all while this is going on the lady in the picture was outside talking to a guy from waffle house in the parking lot. When I finally got to the window I sat there for another 5 minutes and then I decided to call because I could see that same lady standing in there on her phone for a while. When I called she answered immediately and I explained that I had been at the window for a while and she looked at the window at me and rolled her eyes and said “yeah I’m working on it.” She hung up the phone, turned around and proceeded to complain to the other employee and right after that she had another employee bring me the food. If you want to be on your phone at work, that’s fine just make sure you’re not ignoring your customers. And then when the customer calls you out on it, don’t act like I’m being outrageous. I shouldn’t have had to call to get her attention to begin with.
To me it just seemed like the employees did not prioritize the customers at all. They were incredibly slow and yet the lady acted as if I was interfering with her phone time.

We waited 15 minutes for my order in the lobby. I heard the manager complain to an employee for coming in with his shirt untucked and I saw people way after me get their food before me. Meanwhile I have a one year old looking for her Chicken McNuggets. So many teenagers in the back and the manager cannot coordinate making my order. Did she have to buy the chicken to make my spicy McChicken Sandwich?? I got my refund and now my daughter is enjoying her Chicken McNuggets at the Preston/Fairmont McDonalds.

Slow service today at 10am. Everyone gets asked to pull up to a parking space with a number and have to wait a long time before food arrives. I was asked to park although there were no spaces available.. she said just pull up behind the car on 1. I only saw 1 guy delivering food outside.
