Sara goes over and beyond to deliver customer satisfaction ! I’ve always arrived at the busiest times and she continues to hustle and bustle all while maintaining a great attitude while getting the orders out whether it’s the lobby or the drive thru ! The staff is always nice and tries to do all to also assure great customer service and amazing hospitality ! Keep up the great work guys

Great place for kids to play. Also good for birthdays. Just show up and hope the big table isn’t taken then decorate. Good food and fries are usually really fresh.

I stop at this location every other morning, these are the first people I see before I get to work but they are the most rudest people. They should be greeting customers with a smile and a GOOD MORNING!! , but no they just hand you the food like we’re bothering them. I also go to the McDonalds in League City and there they do know how to treat a customer.

McDonalds thought by condensing the store in store establishments would speed things up but its gotten worse. 1st lets start with the folks taking orders ..there is no greet just a dull glare “can i help you”..even when you tell them exactly what you want they will ask if i want so and so even after explaining exactly what i want..have to repeat myself 2 or 3 times. Taking the drink station was bad business..too many people standing around…on their phones…Ole Ray Kroc…even Dick and Maurice McDonald would roll in their graves the travesty McDs has become..i havent started on food..The double quarter pounder itself was just ok…lightly salted ..was heavy on mustard and ketchup to where it became extremely messy..fries couldve been salted better…but were hot and crispy…as expected..wish i could give a higher rating but the decline of McDs id inevidible

It was a horrible experience. I have to be at work by 4:00 in the morning and I drive an hour and a half to get to work. I stopped here for an orange juice, a coffee and just something quick to munch on. I was there 20 minutes. It took me 20 minutes to get a coffee and an orange juice and an apple pie. The young man taking the orders could not seem to remember 10 cream and 10 sugars and the guy at the front desk could care less. And while I’m getting my order at the window, another car is passing by yelling obsanities at the guy at the window because these two gentlemen working that overnight shift at this McDonald’s could care less as to what’s going on. They were very ill-prepared. Not everybody that pulls up to McDonald’s at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning is partying. Some of us have to be at work. I work in Port Arthur. It’s an hour and a half away from this location. That’s where I live and it I will never do it again

Went through the drive thru around 6:45 this evening. They were not busy at all. I ordered two Mc Doubles with no pickles. Not only did they both have pickles on them, but the one that actually had a grill slip on it, that said “no pickles”, had more pickles than usual, and the meat was dry and overcooked. Like they not only did not care, but clearly would have spit in my face if they could have. This was my favorite McDonald’s to come to. Never had an issue here before. But clearly something should be done about the staff that was working this evening. There was no reason for this whatsoever. To their credit, as they weren’t busy, we got our food very quickly…

I ordered off of door dash to get food from this location today and I was missing a drink, my 4 sauces, got a handful of ketchup and straws and my food is cold. On the bag everything is checked off however the service was horrible.

I come here usually during the week for lunch a couple times a week. Great food and great service. My order is always correct and the food is hot and the fries are crispy. Very friendly daytime staff. Consistency keeps me coming back
