Everyone was friendly… It was an amazing place to dine in… Depending on how you were dressed… You have to remember you are on the corner of, ya you guessed it… So when you sit down remember your are safe, although as you look out of the windows keep your hands in at all times, no sudden movements, so be prepared for an additional adventure and experience of San Antonio’s wildlife… Enjoy…

I lived at San Augustine Apartments directly behind this Mcdonalds for a year. The times that I rolled the dice on picking up “fast food” before work from this convenient location (no matter my morning or dinner shift) this place never failed to make me at least 15 minutes late. This is definitely in the upper echelons of poorly ran restaurants.

I had table service during breakfast hours, and it was what you’d expect from McDonald’s. It was 3 to 4 of us dining in this restaurant. The atmosphere was alright, but I felt sorry for the elderly women who needed to work to survive . That was a drag, seeing them struggling while I ate.

Pulled up to 9:52p they had a sign that said they were closing at 10:00p then we were told on the speaker that they were closing, I told them it wasn’t 10:00 yet, they responded they were closing. If it was that urgent they could have put on the sign we have to close now or at least said something other than repeating the same thing when it wasn’t the time yet stated on the page on the speaker.

I placed an in-app order and the food was ready in less than 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. Everything was made correctly and the staff are helpful and keep the restaurant clean. Will be returning to this location.

If you’re coming here for breakfast, the team is FANTASTIC! If you’re coming here for any other time of the day, I STRONGLY recommend you drive to a different McDonald’s. Their lunch and dinner crews are a disaster. They pull everyone forward to wait for their food, and then have no clue which car has which food so often times they give people’s order to wrong cars and you have to go inside and ask where your food is 20 minutes later. If you are lucky enough to get your food at the window, again, they try to give you random orders that aren’t yours, or half of your order is missing, etc. If you walk inside, you can hear the confusion between employees. They have no clue what they’re doing. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go to ANY OTHER MCDONALD’S for lunch/dinner.
