This location is needing some new management or intensive retraining. We live .3 miles from it, and due to the service and the quality of the food we travel 2.1 miles to the spencer location as often as time permits. On multiple occasions we have spent excessive time in the drive thru, after ordering on the mobile app.
Today’s experience: ordered on mobile app at 9:58pm, time on the physical receipt is 10:05pm. Only car in the drive thru. Was given my drinks promptly, and then waited 20 mins for the food. I thought ok maybe it’s all going to be fresh? The staff member did not appear in the drive thru window for 23 mins until there was a heavy line of cars behind me and they were honking. Arrived home at 10:38 and the fries were cold, the burgers were not wrapped properly in the paper, and the nuggets were stale.

I placed an order at 10:25am for two big breakfast. If you order anytime before breakfast closing time they won’t make an order and honor it. I show up at 1035am, the time it took me to drive there and they said they where in lunch. Why couldn’t mcds not make it and just have it wait for me. Also, they refused to cancel my oder that I had to do it on my end. I guess so it looks better that I did it instead of them. They also told me to come back four hours later in case it didn’t cancel, noone has time for that. Overall, don’t place your orders between 10am-1030am they won’t make them. Even if they are pre-paid. I am sure I won’t get compensated for my wasted time. Oh and refunds take up to 7 days.

Speed of service can improve… app order shouldnt take as long as it did. I waited at the window for two minutes, before being asked to park in a space, waiting 5 more minutes.

I lost my debit card here or panera bread bc water in fuel and dropped cards in engine bay and didn’t know it. I really couldn’t move my car at that time. Andn I was able to get the pictures and videos of the damage from the bad fuel, but I still haven’t found my debit card and I didn’t know I dropped it until I noticed my other card from that pocket in the engine Bay., but these guys were very kind to me. Yeah, I did get food. It was not correct order, but I didn’t return it. I just ate it was made wrong. It’s okay. They were very busy when I came in to look for my debit card.And they had great teamwork to be able to even put one staff memmber to look in drive through and everywhere they may put lost cards , just to see if it showed up , I thank you guys. I will say it was funny cause there was a car honking and yelling and they weren’t even pulled all the way up to the speaker.I’m not sure people know where to park to know that they can get their order.If they pull up to the speaker in the drive through i even tried to yell at the person in the car.You need to pull up, but they ignore me or they couldn’t speak my language.I don’t know

I placed an order and their Internet is down so instead of offering hey can we go ahead and make your order we refunded your money thank you bye have a nice day. Our computers are down but in the meantime, we’re gonna hold onto your money for 3 to 5 business days. I just don’t understand if your computer system is down. Why do you keep on taking online orders it doesn’t make sense to me because at the end of the day you sitting here trying to make some money off of other people‘s money while you hold onto it for three days

Probably the rudest experience ive ever had Friday 12-12-2025 with the lady at the drive through at 2am. Acted like it was a problem I was there even told me to hold and forgot about me. Her tone was the worst. She has no business in customer service.

They are very slow. Walked in to the lobby at 10:00 wasn’t greeted by anyone till 11:15 although they had a manager (white lady) and a bagger (Mexican boy) right infront of me completely ignoring me. And plus they had hair all over the counter it was so disgusting I asked for a refund and left with out cash or food because the were just taking to long!
