Literally the worse service ever. My order: Large fries + 2 apple pies. Paid at kiosk. I’ve been standing here for 30 minutes. There’s only 1 employee there n the front and poor girl is over worked. She’s running frantically running. I genuinely feel bad for her. She’s trying so hard to make everyone happy and she’s running.
They gave me a large fries, and it was only half full I sent it back.
Still waiting on apple pies. My guess, the fries will get cold by the time the apple pie gets here.
I’m going to cancel my order and go thru drive thru. They can’t mess that up cause they get dinged.

Went to the new location, completed my order and drove off to the side, checked my items and saw that an item was missing, had to drive back thru the drive thru. Ordered a large fries and received these sorry excuse for fries that were old, stale, and only filled 2/3 of the way full. Growing pains for sure will stick to the location closer to Walmart.

Stopped by recently and had a good experience. Food was fresh, service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. Staff handled orders efficiently, and everything was prepared correctly. Good option for a quick meal.

I’ve never had as slow of a drive thru experience at a McDonalds as what I experienced at this location. It took 30 minutes to get a happy meal. Visitors beware.

If you think going in is faster than the drive thru when the drive thru line is long, think again. You will wait much much longer. Its all kiosks and no cashier. The only person you see is the one person running back and forth with to-go mobile orders, no one to really manage the customers that put in orders at the kiosk. And no way for them to see the indoor customers.
Stick with drive thru. And your service will be meh. The food, its McDonald’s what do you expect. This one is no better than the one on Cinco Ranch & Spring Green.

Highly recommend going to either 1463 off i10 or the McD in Jordan Ranch off heritage instead of this location. I have been here three times and each time my order is wrong and the wait is absurd. I learned my lesson, never come here if you want your food in a reasonable manner!!!

I ordered through DoorDash and this new store was assigned to me because it was nearby. The order arrived completely incomplete; an ice cream and a quarter-pounder with cheese were missing. It was a problem with the packer because the bags arrived sealed and numbered, but inside was the incomplete order.
