Bathroom dirty. LAZY useless guy on phone watching videos instead of working. Took over 10 minutes to get a frappe and black coffee. Plus you have to do all orders yourself no cashiers. Very useless location but t the longpoint and wirt location is outstanding with actual people that are friendly take orders and food is always good and fast.

Ordered a frape with my order to go and when I finished my food I found that my frape was not done right and had nothing but ice cubes. Called the store for a refund and was told I could not get a refund or I would have to drive 20+ min back to replace it, she then hung up on me .i Called back multiple times to have “Maria” hang up on me or set the phone down on the counter and walked away. This is unacceptable and would like a refund for my order!

McDonald’s is a proven formula. You know what you are getting, regardless the location.
What differentiates in e McDonald’s from another is not the food quality, but the service and attitude of its personnel.
This particular McDonald’s does not stand out for service, but then again, it’s not as bad as others I have visited.
It’s just a basic service – with frequent out of stock items like milk.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s regularly, and I always order a caramel frappe. However, every time I receive it, there’s barely any caramel. When I ask for extra caramel, they refuse to add more. On top of that, the two Hispanic guy at the second window are often rude during my visits.

We’ve been going to this location for years and never had any issue with any employee. Today, an older Hispanic woman messed up my drink and became extremely rude and passive aggressive. She let out a dramatic sigh when I asked if I could get the right drink like I was an inconvenience to her. I kept my cool and said thank you before she slammed the tiny window in my face. If it’s not right, just fix it. It’s not that deep and her attitude was totally unnecessary.

This McDonald’s did not offer good customer service nor quality food. There is always an issue with something here. Management and staff here are untrained and do not know how to render quality customer service for guests. They try to force you to use the automated kiosk instead of simply taking the time to take your your at the counter which would be much better and easier and can avoid the mytiad of problems with the orders that occurs. Not to mention the wrong orders and other issues with the inability to make the proper required substitutions and changes needed for special dietary restrictions for specific orders which can’t be done at the kiosk. The staff’s over reliance on automation here is frightening and has totally removed actually quality interactions with car and concern for the customers. This place has messed up our order on 2 different occasions and did not correct these issues that they cause as a common courtesy for the errors they made on their part. The management stays in the back and rarely comes out to assist the front staff. When they are presented with a unique or different type of order transactions they do not know what to do and are obvious to what is going on. They have to go to the back for a “manage” and leave guests just standing at the counter for an extensive amount of time with no communication, instead of the manager coming to the counter to assist their untrained staff with competing the order. Management and staff here needs to undergo more quality training and staff development that they are lacking. We will not be returning to this location as a result of this and the continued problematic experiences at this store location. This is unacceptable.

I got a big Mac and there was a hair in it a hair. This is disgusting. I ordered this food and I and I believe that I will get clean food and I get a hair in my burger. I expected more and I would like a refund, I called them and they denied that I ordered from them and I even checked the location. They said no that I didn’t get from them. They didn’t have an order in my name.

I’m really dissatisfied with my experience today. I ordered a large fries, but when I got home and checked the bag, it was only half full and stale. On top of that, my total was rounded up for a donation without my consent. The fact that I got cold, half-empty fries is crazy, especially since I was told to wait in space 1 while they prepared my order.
