The food is great, but what sets this McDonald’s apart from the other McDonald’s is the customer service. The drive-through associates are always so efficient and excellent and helpful. Always very helpful if you have a drive-through code if you order on the app. I ordered some items on the app and some items to the drive-through window and they did an excellent job of helping me. This McDonald’s has the best customer service of any McDonald’s that I have been to in the United States. We need more great restaurants like this in the Harvest Green, Pecan Grove, Long meadow Farms, Waterside Estates, and Aliana area.

(I will preface all of this with the fact that the management and workers are ON POINT in the morning time) So, I think I’ve had my fill with this location. I would sometimes come around 9:00-9:30PM when there was never anyone in the line, nor inside the store. It would always take some time before someone would come to the order machine and it would take even longer to get food sent out. I have been told on many occasions to pull up to the designated parking zones and wait. Why am I waiting 10 minutes for one order of 6 chicken nuggets and a coke with nobody else in line? Today, the attendant got my order incorrect on the screen and I politely told him I needed two number 6’s, not two snack wraps. He assured me it was correct and I drove to the window. Color me surprised when it’s two snack wraps, not the meal I ordered. Seriously? This is frequent at this location. And don’t bother coming at night, everyone in there is high and they take their sweet time whilst visiting with co workers. Do you guys even have management here? It’s a shame I can no longer go to the McDonalds right in front of my neighborhood and now have to drive to Sugar Land, Aliana, or Rosenberg. I don’t mean to be annoying or complain, but after dealing with this for so long I literally made a google account just to write this review. Do better.

This McDonald’s is horrible. Every time we go there they forget something. We order four combos. They forget a fry. We go a couple weeks later we order four combos. They forget a drink, we got a few weeks later and they forget a burger. Tonight was the last straw. I don’t understand how they cannot count to four when you order four combo meals.
I have left several messages for the restaurant general manager to call me. She has never called me. I guess customers are not that important to her.
From now on, I’m gonna have to drive to another McDonald’s 15 minutes out of the way just so they can count to four and make sure they get all the fries in the bag

Not a single thing correct… don’t leave without checking everything in the order because it’s all probably wrong. Only way to get a refund is to go back to this location which doesn’t make any sense to waste more time.

We were treated really well by the cashier, she was very friendly. We ordered an ice-cream cone. The girl offered me a cup because my cone was dripping and the manager reprimanded her for offering the cup to me, she said we don’t offer cups here. I didn’t appreciate her saying that so I will not be going back.

We asked if one of their meals had pickles due to a food allergy, however, the lady was not kind, quite the opposite, in fact, we heard her cussing at 12 and 13 year olds. I cannot believe that this is allowed at this establishment. That is a blatant atrocity. They are just kids. When we called she also said things about our moms. This lady needs to be removed immediately.

Had an online order that they never honored. I order during breakfast time and showed up right before breakfast time ends and refused to complete the order. Mcdonalds is crap anyways, probably better we all find somewhere else to eat. Because they can get it together.

This is my third time at this McDonald’s recently and I have been thouroughly disappointed each time but thought I’ll give it one more chance. We went less that 1.5 miles down the road after going thru the drive thru. Tonight my big Mac was freezing cold, my fries are cold. I ask about my condiments and was assured they were in there….they aren’t and now I have a 5 years old who won’t eat this cold food without his BBQ sauce. My coke even tasted bad. I. So disappointed.
