A lot of the other reviews complain about wait times. This hasn’t been a problem for me and it’s probably because the novelty of having a new McDonald’s in the neighborhood has finally warn off and nobody wants to come here anymore. I think a big reason why could be because they always screw up your order in the drive-thru.
I usually order from the app to reduce the risk of problems from them not understanding what I said. In theory I should just put in my order, pull up and give them my order number, receive my food and be on my way. Not here. You can guarantee at the very least they’ll fail to include any of the dipping sauces you asked for. Today they also forgot to include the 2 apple pies I paid for. You don’t just forget McDonald’s apple pies and I’m here to speak out.
This was at lunch time and normally you’d think that they might be busy from the lunch rush. I’m sorry but there were only 3 other cars in the drive-thru so this can’t be the reason. You’re not that busy to forget something as important as some apple pies and dipping sauces. Do you understand how much you are letting your customers down? There are kids that are looking forward to those dipping sauces and apple pies and you just ruined their day.
Shame on you McDonald’s. You’ve disappointed me for the last time. Hopefully you’ll figure it out before you go out of business.
Update: Good luck getting a refund for anything they missed if you put in your order through the app. If you complain through the app it will go to corporate who will refer it back to this location. Then both will ignore you.
Update 2: Against my better judgement I went back. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and got home to discover that they’d only given me a 6 piece.
Update 3: Apparently I’ll never learn my lesson. Visited this location again and they neglected to give me the happy meal I ordered.

Well, I guess my post got some traction because the staff has been on it for the last month and a half. Speed of service has improved considerably and the atmosphere is definitely better. Upgraded to 3 stars. Wish they had 3.5. But I’m glad to see the improvement because I really enjoy having a McDonald’s in the neighborhood.
1 Week Later UPDATE: So there’s a cheat code. They prioritize delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) and Drive-thru orders. Although I like to speak to the staff and greet the people in the restaurant, my experience was seamless in the drive thru (mind you my order is simply black coffee). ♂️
Original Post: Believe the other posts. I frequent this location at least once a week. All in order is a black coffee… that’s it. Every visit … and on any given day my order will have cream, sugar, or take 15 minutes to fulfill. The management is poor, non-responsive, and unapologetic. If the franchisee ever reads any of his feedback he’d clean house. After waiting 15 minutes today for today I’m done.
I honestly can’t remember the last time someone was this courteous in a drive-through, especially at a fast-food restaurant. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my evening and absolutely make me want to support this location even more.
If management sees this—MALAIYA is a star. Keep up the amazing work!
To the owners/management – I am sure you all are brilliant folks, but please look at he basic matters to deliver good service.
