This location just opened a couple of months ago so I figured I’d give them a chance to work out the bugs before I posted a review. I can’t remain silent any longer.

A lot of the other reviews complain about wait times. This hasn’t been a problem for me and it’s probably because the novelty of having a new McDonald’s in the neighborhood has finally warn off and nobody wants to come here anymore. I think a big reason why could be because they always screw up your order in the drive-thru.

I usually order from the app to reduce the risk of problems from them not understanding what I said. In theory I should just put in my order, pull up and give them my order number, receive my food and be on my way. Not here. You can guarantee at the very least they’ll fail to include any of the dipping sauces you asked for. Today they also forgot to include the 2 apple pies I paid for. You don’t just forget McDonald’s apple pies and I’m here to speak out.

This was at lunch time and normally you’d think that they might be busy from the lunch rush. I’m sorry but there were only 3 other cars in the drive-thru so this can’t be the reason. You’re not that busy to forget something as important as some apple pies and dipping sauces. Do you understand how much you are letting your customers down? There are kids that are looking forward to those dipping sauces and apple pies and you just ruined their day.

Shame on you McDonald’s. You’ve disappointed me for the last time. Hopefully you’ll figure it out before you go out of business.

Update: Good luck getting a refund for anything they missed if you put in your order through the app. If you complain through the app it will go to corporate who will refer it back to this location. Then both will ignore you.

Update 2: Against my better judgement I went back. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and got home to discover that they’d only given me a 6 piece.

Update 3: Apparently I’ll never learn my lesson. Visited this location again and they neglected to give me the happy meal I ordered.

It didn’t take long for this place to go to hell. They were great when they opened, as they usually are because they are using their national opening team, but it has gone down hill quickly with 30 minute wait for any order is the norm. No one is ever here to help you. Included is a photo of their staff.

01.09.2026 UPDATE (2 Months later):
Well, I guess my post got some traction because the staff has been on it for the last month and a half. Speed of service has improved considerably and the atmosphere is definitely better. Upgraded to 3 stars. Wish they had 3.5. But I’m glad to see the improvement because I really enjoy having a McDonald’s in the neighborhood.

1 Week Later UPDATE: So there’s a cheat code. They prioritize delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) and Drive-thru orders. Although I like to speak to the staff and greet the people in the restaurant, my experience was seamless in the drive thru (mind you my order is simply black coffee). ‍♂️

Original Post: Believe the other posts. I frequent this location at least once a week. All in order is a black coffee… that’s it. Every visit … and on any given day my order will have cream, sugar, or take 15 minutes to fulfill. The management is poor, non-responsive, and unapologetic. If the franchisee ever reads any of his feedback he’d clean house. After waiting 15 minutes today for today I’m done.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are dirty and trifling, I asked for a new hash brown because they forgot to put one in the bag and the lady gave me an attitude and gave me one w 2 strands of hair on it. Yall are too new to be such a failure. New management asapp!

I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s in Sienna tonight thanks to an incredible cashier in the drive-through named MALAIYA. She was genuinely polite, respectful, and kind while taking my order, and it truly stood out.

I honestly can’t remember the last time someone was this courteous in a drive-through, especially at a fast-food restaurant. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my evening and absolutely make me want to support this location even more.

If management sees this—MALAIYA is a star. Keep up the amazing work!

Don’t go here. I waited 30 minutes in drive-thru and they still mess up my order! How can you miss a 20 count nugget? For heaven sakes that was the meal! They are also very stingy with sauces! Another time I order 40 nuggets, and they gave me 2 sauces! This happened 3 times y’all. Bad management or need workers who are trained correctly. Terrible service.

I’m not a fan of McDonalds. I only come here for the fries and HI-C orange. The line outside and inside is crazy long. There is no one inside to take your order, they have kiosks. The kiosks doesn’t have the option for the orange HI-C. Over this place. DO BETTER, HIRE MORE PEOPLE, PAY PEOPLE BETTER!!!!

This location has the potential to become an excellent business, but for some reason, they are not taking the necessary steps to make it happen. I ordered just a nugget Happy Meal. When we opened the box at home, we found all the sides except for the nugget. My 6-year-old was so sad; she asked me, “Dad, why didn’t they give us the nugget?” I said, “Looks like they forgot.” She was so sad that she gently hit the Happy Meal box and said, “Please, never go there again.” What I am trying to say is that even kids can recognize poor service and will choose to avoid that business in the future.

To the owners/management – I am sure you all are brilliant folks, but please look at he basic matters to deliver good service.

I have to be honest, this must be one of the worst places I have been at, when it comes to service.To start I order only 3 items, and I waited a hour just to get my order, they were only 3 snacks wraps. And the staff are not really communicating, and that why if I go to McDonald’s it be the one specifically on highway 6 , on the west of Missouri city, it faster I can wait 7 minutes their for 13 items, however here I had to wait for a hour only for 3 items, I know this place just Opened, however I expected a bit more when it comes to timing.

If you’ve got 45 minutes to burn to wait for your a cold sandwich, this is the place for you. Oh and the employees could not hate their jobs more. Good luck trying to get them to proactively serve you. Their ‘curbside’ service is non-existent. Your order in the app, the wait and wait and then have to go inside to pickup your cold food. That’s how it works every time.
