On Thursday 8/7/25 at about 10pm, I waited 30 minutes at the speaker screen area. Literally no movement at all. This was crazy!

The line went all the way to highway 6. This place needs training from Chick-fi-la across the street. The service, leadership and overall functionality of a fast food is nonexistent here.

This whole store needs to be reformed from the top down. Horrible experience. Go somewhere, where there’s actually basic services.

HORRIBLE is being nice! If I could give 0, I would. I waited forever for just a drink and it’s not even made right. This is definitely the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to! It’s all whipped topping and no drink! No staff ever up front with so many customers needing an associate. They walk around in a complete daze!!! Go somewhere else!!!

Just went to eat breakfast today with a friend and order food it took almost 30min to get out food and one of the order the meat was like someone took a bite, service is so bad and staff members needs more training on serving people all the times not just when the supervisor is around. Used to be super good when it was located across at shell gas station. Place is getting worse every time I visit. Just a bad experience plus ice coffee it taste like water so simple.

Feel like I was fighting w the employee and manager for getting my order done right ,looks like they were talking trash also about me for asking for my things to get done right after they messed it up. Felt like I was gonna get attacked . if they don’t like their jobs let someone who would appreciate it have it instead. And all they’re gonna do is ask to send it to some link to send the feedback haha they can’t replace time lost . I definitely won’t be going back to this McDonald’s

The “new” wave of self serve/ NO service is overwhelming. People working in an atmosphere of not needing to be able to communicate with their customers will ruin the fast food business. It’s been over 10 years since I visited McDonald’s and I don’t foresee wanting to go back for at least another 10. Hey! McDonalds, take a cue from you competition Chick fil a.

This guy was calling names for the order, asked nicely to repeat cause no one could understand what he was saying then just looked at me and laughed then said the word “stupid” like I didn’t hear what he said. If you are the owner of this establishment and hires people like this good luck.

I can definitely see now why there are so many bad reviews. I’m really disappointed because it’s a new, clean building with so much potential… but the experience was not good at all.

It took forever to get our order. I used the kiosk and it froze, so I had to restart the whole process again. While we were waiting, employees kept walking back and forth and not one person said, “We’ll be right with you” or “Can I help you?” Absolutely nothing.

The only person who was kind and attentive was a Hispanic lady bringing out the orders — she was the only one who seemed to care. Meanwhile, it sounded like a manager or shift leader was yelling at employees in the back. There is clearly no teamwork here.

This place has a lot of potential, but there’s a lot of improvement needed in customer service, communication, and leadership

There is zero customer service here. We said “thank you sir” three times being polite and the guy was so high that he could barely function. They are trying to eliminate any human interaction by putting in all of the self-service kiosks, but it’s making the minimal customer service a thousand times worse. You all need to go to Chickfila for some pointers on being successful in hospitality without solely relying on your name. At the end of the day, the franchise owners will have no choice but to fix it or get drowned out by the endless other options out there.

I was trying to order fries “no salt” for my mom who is in her 70s. I think they just assumed I wanted fresh fries and mixed them in. There are ppl with health restrictions. Please keep that in mind before you make a decision to alter a requested order. I order this all the time at various locations & other establishments with no issue.

I placed an order on 12/14/25 at 1:45 pm for a chicken wrap. When I pulled up to pay, I spoke to the cashier and he didn’t speak back. He threw my change back to me. He didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t even file a complaint in the app. He was very nasty. The second window gentleman was very nice when handing me my food. The cashier needs an attitude adjustment ASAP!! I should’ve went with my first mind and went to somewhere else.
