Excellent. Food was great, workers were friendly and ready to help, and the place was clean…even the restrooms! They got the meal to us quickly and accurately too. I don’t go around looking for things to fuss at, but I say it was a very good experience by any reasonable standard. Recommended.

Order 4 burgers all were messed up my quarter pounder ingredients were messed up and the patties still had blood in em. The order took almost 30 minutes and then after waiting all that time to get a couple sweet n sours had to pay for them .

I ordered breakfast from them through doordash and didn’t get everything I ordered. I ordered hot cakes meal with an egg and bacon biscuit and a large drink. I got the biscuit and drink so I called McDonald’s about my hot cakes. They did replace it but the guy on the phone had no customer service. I went to go pick up my food and when I got there, nobody had known that I should be getting a replacement meal. I spoke to a different manager and she had no customer service as well. I get home with my food and the biscuit is wrong and I got no syrup with my hot cakes. Who eats hot cakes without syrup?

If you order food here, even on the app ahead of time 80% of the time your order is wrong. Want a Dr Pepper? Guess what you get coke. Wanted a bacon McDouble with no ketchup? Guess what you’re getting ketchup whether you like it or not. I love McDonald’s but if you would like a mcheadache with your happy meal then the baycity McDonald’s location is the place for you !

Really bad service food was really cold I ordered it online for them to have to read it off and get it right but all my order was wrong i called and they hung up on me i called again and a manager called isabella answered and told me to bring it back and well it made me bad because of their fault i have to go back so i said are you coming for it and she is like im not door dash of course not but she does have to make sure the order is right and also warm but after her response that she wasn’t door dash she hung up on me and left the phone unhung so my call wouldn’t go through

This is a very poorly run McDonald’s!
I am very disappointed!
There were three major problems:
1. I ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown. This food was incredibly, insanely greasy. The wrappers that the food came in as well as the bag itself we’re completely soaked through with grease. It was so bad as to render the food nearly inedible.
2. The lighted sign on the street said that only the drive through was open, and the lobby was closed. This is not true!! I live fairly close to this McDonald’s and usually ride my bicycle there. When I arrived, I thought that I would not be able to get served, because of what the sign said. I rode away to run other errands, and when I came back I saw that people were walking in and out of the lobby, and the sign was incorrect. I have posted a picture of this sign here on Google Maps.
3. Last but not least: I specifically asked the young lady at the counter for napkins. When I got outside with my greasy, disgusting food there were no napkins.
I gave this horrendous, grease-laden mess to a nearby stray dog, who actually sniffed the food several times before eating it.
Oh well…
