Excellent breakfast as usual. Only one thing though, their orange juice lack quality. It was a bit watery. I meant the content of the orange juice had more water than actual orange juice. I hope the management take a look at this.

It’s KIDS KIDS KIDS that work here! No customer service no “hello” no t”thank you” no “your welcome” 10kids on shift 1 manager. I ordered medium fries and nuggets. I asked for fresh fries. They threw a small order in the bag. I went in spoke to the manager on duty. Told her the customer service is below par and the paid medium I ordered vs. the small in this bag. She went to show them kids in the back and the black boy with blonde dreads comes to the front smacks his lips go back and came back to stare me in my face as a intimidating factor. The lady was waiting for her food the girl asked did she order a 20piece she said yes the girl put the bag down and walked away. No “here is your order” “your order is ready” NOTHING the lady stood there like what the hell. I said call corporate. Ordered on the kiosk 25 minutes later had to ask where my food was. When I got my burger it wasn’t even a patty. It was pieces of meat. It was like 4 small pieces thrown on the bun. I would have understood if they had been busy, but they weren’t. They are a disorganized group of people. I wasn’t they only one with problems. There were others with similar problems. Terrible customer service at this location. The workers pretend to not hear you on the drive thru speaker, start laughing, take your order, then give you a different order. Management needs to step in and fire these employees or the manager needs to be fired and replaced. Several customers left because they’re not being helped at the drive thru. It’s 12:40AM and this is a 24 hour drive-thru. Do better.

Why should people dining in have to suffer because of an issue with school kids. Why wouldn’t you let people know (who are dining in) if you order half sweet tea half lemonade there is no refill. It’s a popular drink so a small disclaimer would suffice. Just think… You’re eating and you run out of your drink. You have to get up and wait for someone to come to the front counter. Then someone tells you we don’t do refills on lemonade…. I respected your policy and that’s why I decided to make a review respectfully.

First time visiting this location and the first thing they pull out is 3 mangoo smoothies not filled properly. We asked them to fill them properly only 1 got filled properly. This is embarrasing knowing that in my State of Texas everything is supossed to be “bigger”. Last time I come here.

Worst McDonald’s experience ever! I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Big Mac Sauce. Nothing too complicated or crazy. I order this all the time at different locations without problems. My order took over 30 minutes. I had to go back up to the counter to see why it’s taking so long. I finally got it with no apologies, empathies, or remorse. I even expressed to the manager that it took over 30 minutes! I ordered it for dine in but got it in a to go bag with no ketchup. Sat back down and opened the burger container and to my surprise there’s a chunk of the bread missing and big mac sauce all over the back of container. Workers here don’t give a crap. Also there was a rush of teenagers that filled the whole restaurant with ruckus and noisy disturbance.

Second time I came over here and they got my order wrong. I really think they hate their job. Specifically said on the mic to double check the order for me because the last time I came and picked it up it wasn’t correct and what do you know the same problem worse cause it was a messy extra ketchup
