The food was good. The service was great as well. The restaurant tables needed to be cleaned. Looked like the lobby had not been cleaned since before breakfast. Jelly pack and butter on table. Lots of tents were left on tables as well. I was here at about 2:15 PM for a late lunch.

This is the closest location to my house, and I have always had issues either the order was wrong or the food was cold. This has happened many many times as I used to work in the same Shopping Center. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went by this location today for dinner for my family and I. Only to get home and the food was cold, the chicken nuggets, fries were warm on top but cold underneath, the cheese didn’t even melt, patty was cold and just overall a disappointment. Had to use microwave to heat up food for anxious little ones. The other locations near us are more on point, but further out and usually have long lines. This was literally my last time going to this location and now have to make a further drive through traffic.

I’ve been to many McDonald’s over my lifetime, I would have to say that this particular one has been the worst as far as customer service goes in every way. I stood in the lobby for over 10 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed anything. If it had been busy, I could have understood somewhat. With no one else really waiting and I was standing there wearing my motorcycle helmet, I was definitely hard to miss. I hate writing bad reviews but sadly this particular McDonald’s restaurant deserves this.

I’ve called like 5 times and no one’s answering. My large fries are missing from my mccrispy strips combo order, my three cheeseburgers don’t have cheese on them, they weren’t wrapped all the way and the Patty’s are ice cold to the touch. McCrispy strips and my sweet tea are the only thing hot. Very small portion on the 4 strips compared to the first order. Uber will not do anything about it, you’ll be seeing me tomorrow for a refund.

I come to this location everyday and today I went thru the drive thru originally and the service from Timothy was so horrible and disrespectful the way he spoke to me was very unprofessional so I decided to go in and spoke to another manager and was informed that he is a manager if this is the way McDonald’s have people representing there brand then maybe I need to take my service elsewhere. This way of treatment is unexceptable and if they don’t want or need my business I can go elsewhere

This is the worst McDonald l’s I’ve ever been to. I was door dashing, and they had me move my car. The employees are rude as hell. I’m surprised people still order fast food, but here we are. Whataburger is in the same parking lot. Go there instead.

Ordered a Medium latte no ice so it wouldn’t get watered down by the time I made it home (was 30 mins away). They gave me my drink more than halfway empty. So they fill your drinks over halfway filled with ice. I could understand partially empty towards the top, but OVER HALF WAY???
