I’m fairly certain that this location is habitually understaffed. I’ve had some of the most obscene wait times here and do not bother using curbside because you will have at least 10 to 20 cars go through the drive-thru before you even get acknowledged… This has happened to me at least twice now, and on a previous occasion I ordered inside and was waiting 45 minutes before somebody realized my order ticket had been outstanding.

This place is so slow. Ordered two individual items. First I sat in line for 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me. Then they had me wait in a parking space for another 10-15 minutes waiting for cookies. COOKIES. For heavens sake. Do better. Fast food shouldn’t take 30 minutes in a drive through.

Well after not going here for at least 6 to 7 months because the last time we went they screwed up an order pretty bad. And to be honest and to be fair the manager was willing to let us come back up there and remake the entire meal. So it’s a Sunday afternoon sitting there watching tv, see a commercial from McDonald’s think to yourself well let’s give it a try, so we go up there and order a Homestyle meal, with a chocolate shake, a hot and spicy chicken sandwich with a mocha frappe.

As you can see in the picture it is swimming and mustard and the meat was broke apart in three pieces which fell out onto my wife’s lap when she went to open it up.
So much for that meal, I guess whoever decided to serve this didn’t really care what they were doing. And that’s really sad.

The chocolate shake was good.

The mocha frappe, was more like a froth up watered coffee. Literally no ice whatsoever in it.

We went through the drive-thru thought everything was okay, but I guess we should have went in pulled everything out of the bag took about 15 minutes to go through each item because clearly this McDonald’s just can’t get it right with customer service. So thank you for ruining a Sunday afternoon quick bite. We will not be coming back to this McDonald’s.
Wasted $17
The only reason we went up here is because I wanted to get a mocha frap, I should have taken my wife down the street to the other burger joint.
Sad that we live in a world where people have so little regard for other people’s food, if you’re unhappy with your job or you don’t really care go do something else that doesn’t affect things like food or isn’t even in the food industry please.

Ignored my curbside order. Sat for 11 minutes. Pulled through the drive through. Worker ignored me, then turned and announced to another employee, hey it’s the curbside order. Other girl walks up and tries to act like she doesn’t speak English well. kept saying I don’t know. App wouldn’t let me cancel my order.

Food was good and hot. I have ran across a few extremely rude people at this location (managers at that) on occasion. I frequent the service station next door for petrol for the car and a pop to drink. The service station is wonderful by the way. I’ll be reviewing them soon.

Had lunch at McDonald’s the other day and the food was good. Customer service needs work. Guest relations / customer service is a huge part of the business. If people are rude or unkind I normally will not return.

Try and see what your experience is like. I’ll give them four stars for the food. Let’s see how customer service improves is in the future.

To the owner: You really need to retrain your managers and employees in good friendly customer service. One experience at this location made pushed me to give a negative review but I refrained from doing so as the next visit wasn’t as bad.
Food is good and hot but guest relations needs work. They were outright rude and were mocking customers including me where we could hear it. I was shocked. Time to bring in the mystery guest for even more insight. Hope you can improve their attitudes.

How is it possible to forget to put sausage on a sausage mcgriddle? This place is horrible. It used to be great a couple of years ago, but they don’t seem to care at all! If this was my franchise, I would restaff and pay attention to the customer reviews. There are too many locations near by to easily avoid this location.

OMG. This McDonalds does it right. I can’t tell you how many freaking McDonalds across the United States I’ve been to that show NO regard for packing your food with care and attention. Nothing forgotten here. Everything in its place. No need to ask twice, or thrice. What a welcome surprise to find such attention and care when I open up my food. Well done! Hats off to Gabe for his excellent service, the friendly team, a clean dining room, and what must be a great manager. Thanks for finally giving me a 5-star McDonalds experience.

This place has a very poor service rating. Evening shift management was playing with window guy, little lady in the back wasn’t even fixing the order that was placed she was more concerned about her cell phone. If I would have thought about it I would have video the happening. Never visit this place sandwich was upside down an had a nibble taken out of.
