As you can see in the picture it is swimming and mustard and the meat was broke apart in three pieces which fell out onto my wife’s lap when she went to open it up.
So much for that meal, I guess whoever decided to serve this didn’t really care what they were doing. And that’s really sad.
The chocolate shake was good.
The mocha frappe, was more like a froth up watered coffee. Literally no ice whatsoever in it.
We went through the drive-thru thought everything was okay, but I guess we should have went in pulled everything out of the bag took about 15 minutes to go through each item because clearly this McDonald’s just can’t get it right with customer service. So thank you for ruining a Sunday afternoon quick bite. We will not be coming back to this McDonald’s.
Wasted $17
The only reason we went up here is because I wanted to get a mocha frap, I should have taken my wife down the street to the other burger joint.
Sad that we live in a world where people have so little regard for other people’s food, if you’re unhappy with your job or you don’t really care go do something else that doesn’t affect things like food or isn’t even in the food industry please.
Had lunch at McDonald’s the other day and the food was good. Customer service needs work. Guest relations / customer service is a huge part of the business. If people are rude or unkind I normally will not return.
Try and see what your experience is like. I’ll give them four stars for the food. Let’s see how customer service improves is in the future.
To the owner: You really need to retrain your managers and employees in good friendly customer service. One experience at this location made pushed me to give a negative review but I refrained from doing so as the next visit wasn’t as bad.
Food is good and hot but guest relations needs work. They were outright rude and were mocking customers including me where we could hear it. I was shocked. Time to bring in the mystery guest for even more insight. Hope you can improve their attitudes.
