This location needs training on communication between employees… My order was placed, and everything was fine until I moved up to the second window. The guy gave me the drink and told me to park. All reserved parking for McDonald’s had vehicles on them already, so I asked just park anywhere ? He said yes, so I moved up to and waited before parking. The girl that was taking out the food had been walking around to each car asking if they had ordered 2 cheese burgers for about 5 minutes until she went back inside. At that point, there were about 5 cars behind me, and I decided to park in a non-reserved parking spot. I was watching as the girl was bringing out the food and still going to each car to find the correct person who ordered that food. By this time, I was standing outside of my car since I did not want to miss my order. The girl went back inside and came out with a helper as the drive-through has about 8 cars now. I saw the guy (helper) go to the 1st car and just give the food to them. Luckily, the lady in that car told them that wasn’t her food, which then I walked up and told them my order and the guy just stared at me for about a minute until he realized he was holding my food. He went back inside after he handed me my food with no energy or enthusiasm. Like I know, it’s not the best to be running around looking for who’s food is who, and it’s stressful to have 8+ cars waiting for their food, I understand. But the communication was just not there between everyone at this location. My receipt said I was in parking stop number 1, which was not true as all of the reserved parking was occupied. That is why they had no idea who food was who’s since the receipt said one thing but was incorrect.

This McDonald’s is so fast their coffee is better than any other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The food is always extra fresh and hot coming out and it’s rare that we have to wait longer than 1-2 minutes in the drive thru. Manager is really nice

Very fast service. I visited about two weeks ago. There was a guy fixing food in shorts and a regular shirt. I think he was the district manager because he was scolding all employees about hats, what they are doing wrong, who should wear an apron and who should not. He was yelling at them in front of customers. This was very unprofessional!

I find the manager Brian to be very rude and arrogant. The sign on the door says it opens at 5:30. He opened at 6 AM and was extremely disrespectful when I brought this up. He shows zero compassion towards his fellow workers. He is a toxic employee!

They are supposed to. Open at 5:30 but are rarely open before 6:00. And sometimes much later than that most recently I went in there. At 6:10 and the doors were open but nobody was taking orders and there was. A-line.

OMG. This McDonalds does it right. I can’t tell you how many freaking McDonalds across the United States I’ve been to that show NO regard for packing your food with care and attention. Nothing forgotten here. Everything in its place. No need to ask twice, or thrice. What a welcome surprise to find such attention and care when I open up my food. Well done! Hats off to Gabe for his excellent service, the friendly team, a clean dining room, and what must be a great manager. Thanks for finally giving me a 5-star McDonalds experience.
