Went for a shake AGAIN and the magical ice cream burglers have stolen alllllll the ice cream AGAIN. The commercials are on every radio break ,yet the products are NEVER there. Way to be. Love seeing the disappointment on my child’s face as I try to explain why there is NOTHING again. FYI I’ve been trying for days at different locations and all have NOTHING.If that was me I’d be fired, no accountability. Money + product =profit. Maybe forward that to corporate.

Everything was good, the only criticism I have is they are in a rush on the weekend and sometimes they forget orders, I ordered my stuff at 6PM but didn’t receive my order until 7Pm because of how busy it was. Once I gotten my order I had something’s missing and it took 10 minutes before I was able to ask my question. Overall everything was good but just be aware of the night weekend rush.

I like McDonald’s, but I’m not a fan of the ordering by kiosk direction.
While you can order at the counter, there is no menu board. Ordering via the kiosk takes twice as long. Not a fan of this system.
The staff was perfectly wonderful, but I’m not adjusting well to the new system which, may be a “me” problem, but I would prefer the original service. If you are like me, be advised that this location doesn’t have that.

I really wanted a caramel frapp and was excited it was Saturday cause its my cheat day for sugar. This location RUINED my morning. I ordered my coffee with no whip get to the window and the coffee has whip. I said with a smile the order was supposed to have no whip…the waitress responds saying “well the order didn’t say no whip cream” I asked the lady to fix the order and she turns around opens my drink a removes the whip with an object adds more caramel and hands me back my drink. Now the cup is missing 10% . I hand the drink back and ask for a refund. This lady get louds and tells me to pull up. So I park and go inside for my refund. I get inside and they ask me for the drink back before I can get a refund. I told the lady I gave it back to the lady at the window. She says no you didn’t. She looks behind her where the drink is and say oh okay and gives me a refund.
I will NEVER go back to this location again. And I will be sure to tell all my friends and associates at HCA right down the road to NEVER go here again.
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. There are two many Mcdonalds to select from to have to deal with that type of attitude.

Worst WORST customer service! I was there to pick up a pre ordered meal tonight. Everyone stood around and not once did an employee ask if they could help me. Finally I asked a young Mexican female for help. She could not speak Any English! Jensy was the manager which too had extremely broken English This is a shame that our world is becoming No Respect No Customer Service Won’t be back

Don’t understand how McDonald’s has the same button for toasting bread longer or cooking meat longer. Well done, of course the incompetence at fast food is that rather than toast the bread like requested. They turn the sausage into coaster and the English muffin is still raw. For some, minimum wage is over compensation.

George p is an older gentleman that works usually in the evening or afternoon shift he is always willing to go up and Beyond what a normal employee should do he is very nice courteous and on top of his game just wanted to give a compliment out to him he has been working there such a long time and deserves a pat on the back for his great customer service always.

I ordered two simple cheeseburgers for lunch was asked to pull to the third window. They completely forgot about me. Wasted most of my lunch break trying to just get two simple cheeseburgers.
