I only ordered tea, but I’m giving it five stars because I needed to go to the bathroom really bad and they were cleaning the bathrooms and the lady did not want me to use it but she relented so I was very thankful!!!!!

Brenda L. makes this place a 5 star restaurant and its a mcdonals but the dinning are she keeps it clean. she works hard always keeping the dinning are clean and fresh. it feels like a real restaurant. i almost dont want to say this because it already gets kinda full but if people knew how great the dinning experience was it would be pack a hidden gem in splendora. if you are visiting definitly worth the experince and the prices are what you can expect from mcdonals.

this place is a hit or miss. There’s never EVER been a front cashier which I’m almost certain there’s supposed to be. I was waiting for 5 min only for an employee to input her food order and another employee helping her check out and left me hanging today. I left shortly afterwards. might be easier to just order on the app there quicker that way. They also never give no ketchup, napkins, and when I ask them I get 2-4 ketchups for an order of 3 large fries. Food wise quick. staff wise.. eh… McDonald’s do better

I normally am not the girl to complain, but the service here is absolutely terrible. The times I go in to pickup there is nobody at the counter, this place *heavily* relies on there kiosks to do there jobs, I had an online order and spent 20 minutes calling out and waiting because I didnt have the code and somebody else ordered it for me, there were several employees there who walked past or was doing other stuff but when I tried to call them, not even in a rude manner half of them ignored me and/or rolled there eyes, this isn’t the first time that this happened but I just think the situation needs to be made aware and anyone who applied there to be “cashier” should not be working there as they rely on the kiosks to do there jobs for them. Thank you.

Why can’t someone be at the front counter? I am not ringing a bell for service, I am going to one of the other options around the corner. No business operates this way. When someone comes in, you should have an employee at the front counter to greet them and take their order.

they gave me a messed up i ordered a 10 piece buffalo sauce that only came with 8 nuggets and 1 sauce and a happy meal that came with an open toy and literally 3 fries in the mini mcdonald’s box a shame
