Another great meal experience at “MikkyD’s” as well call it. Great service, quick, friendly, and professional as well. Clean inside too. Restroom was nice and clean. This location has an indoor kids play climber and fun zone area. Attached to it a “private party” room should you have a large group or special occasion with lots of kids. The dining area was nice, tables, booths, and counter seating. Drink station was clean and tidy as well. Food was fresh, hot, as well as the drinks on point too. Thank you.

Myo was on break but went to go get a drink for himself, he seen me sitting and waiting to ask for condiments (I was waiting for probably 5-8 minutes) and took time away from his break to get me my sauces. After I thanked him, he asked everyone else around me if they needed anything to which he catered to their needs. That is exceptional service that you never see anymore. Give that man a raise and I will be making sure to call and tell the manager on duty as well!

Been through the drive thru numerous times with no problem, but this morning we went through the outside lane and watched 3 vehicles go through before they took our order, when at the window the young lady proceeded to give me an excuse that you have to pull up to a certain spot or they don’t know your there, we were parked right in front of speaker and menue board like every other time. If there really is a problem it needs to be addressed whether it’s the person or really the equipment and end the lame excuses, I notice that by some other complaints this happens frequently at this location

The managers working at 10 am named “Jay” was extremely rude. We placed an online order BEFORE 10:30 obviously we have to drive to the location and it was 10 minutes after. She spoke to me in the most hateful tone. I know she won’t be fired but she needs to be assigned a course on customer service. I’m sure they would never make her anything else than a MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE

Was in the drive thru placing my order and the girl literally stopped taking my order and started speaking to another customer at the window, I asked her what she had said and she proceeds to tell me she was talking to another customer. Really? You interrupt me placing my order to do something else? Terrible customer service! Then proceed to call and speak with a MOD and she’s disrespectful as well. This place used to have great customer service but not anymore. I chose to take my money elsewhere.

The food was not very fresh and I ended up getting sick within a couple of hours of eating it. The service leaves a lot to be desired as well, grab your money, and shove your order out the window.

We preordered ordered with the app. They used gps to prepare our food when we were nearby. We walked in the door and it was on a rack tagged with our name. It could not have been better and the food could not have been fresher.
