Stopped to use the restroom at the Exit 116 McDonald’s. While I was there, I decided to get a quick bite to eat. Ordered a bacon, egg & cheese McGriddle. Waited 10 minutes, they forgot my order, waited another 10 minutes. I noticed in the car that they gave me a sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. I should’ve known better. I’ll be happy when they replace these idiots with robots.

Screen order sucks here and they make sure they don’t take your order themselves. They don’t do anything but mess up easy orders. 20 piece nugget, 6 piece nugget and a plan burger light mayo. They still mess it up. It’s a joke there.

McDonald’s had upgraded their dining space . It’s more neater and the lighting and fixtures were great. Another feature that caught attention is you can order food by scanning their app which is conveniently available at their dine in table. The large monitor order boards are also fantastic which cut off people from queuing at the cashier area.

We were coming from out town wanted to grab a breakfast with my family. I went in the floors were very dirty the around was not clean at all the bathrooms were nasty. The workers were sitting around talking and no one was cleaning the service was not to my standing. I have been to other Macdonalds they clean and service is great. Who every is in charge needs to be more updated with the employees. Please make it possible to clean and serve better thank you.

My go to Mcds. This location is amazing at lunch time! Food is always good and the staff are always on top of things. The manager is super sweet too. Always a pleasure to come here and they have adequate parking. Go to the Sam Houston Ave Mcds across town and all you’ll get is attitude and bad service and the parking situation is a nightmare at that one, always a semi blocking the parking lot. Love the 11th St. location! Breakfast staff sometimes aren’t with it and sometimes the breakfast food is meh but that’s to be expected.
