Manager Floydrick and his team are on point at this location. Just off the 45 freeway in Huntsville, Tx. We ordered our food wrong, but wanted a value meal. The cashier explained to him our “bobble” in ordering… “No problem, I git you” from Floydrick. Store was super clean and decorated for the season. Prince stuff up, Xmas tree up… there is a Ronald McDonald statue for photo opps here if you’d like as well. Drive thru was moving. Signage in the windows was nice and not worn looking or crooked. There is an indoor playground as well… it’s in a whole seperate dining area as well. I will be back to this location fir sure. Thank you Floydrick and to your team as well for a great experience for our early dinner.

I was in the drive thru in the morning, so it was already pretty busy. I had a simple order, 2 burritos and a smoothie. When pulling up to get my food I was told they were going to make me a different smoothie because they were out of the other one. So they had me pull to the third window. I was there waiting for 15 minutes before I finally pulled up a bit to go inside. When I got inside it was of course hectic but I then had to wait another 15 minutes to get a medium smoothie. This is awful and such a waste of time and money, I should have just asked for a refund at the drive thru.
I finally got a smoothie and they gave me a pie. The total time I was there for was from 9:30am to 10:20am. So a whole whopping 50 minutes waiting on a simple order from the drive thru.

I get it you’re hiring kids. But you need an adult in the room. My experience tonight was concerning it started with the young man playing on the intercom when placing my order a simple one meal order I was asked for my receipt at the second window and told to pull forward when food arrived not given back the receipt, fries were ice cold, hamburger looked as if it had been dropped and kicked these kids need a boss not a friend.

12/24/25 drive-thru outer speaker box was highly damaged and leaning. Was very slow to get through the line but food was hot so I can’t complain. We came back the next day a bit earlier in the night than before and the food was great as well. I am from out of town & miss having a 24 hour McDonald’s.

My wife was bringing me food while I was working a long shift. After the lady at the window asked her a bunch of personal questions and told her she was beautiful; she asked why my wife wasnt working and if she had a husband. She said “no, but i’m bringing this food to my wife, whos at work.” The lady said “Oh, if I had known I wouldn’t have spoken to you”, proceeded to close the window, and give her dirty looks before walking away. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, we are used to it in Texas, it doesnt bother us. However, this shouldn’t have been asked in the first place. Especially if the answer is going to make your customers scared that you may have done something to their food. We dont typically go to this location because its slower anyways, but the system was down at the other one. At the end of the day its a McDonald’s, my expectations arent high, but can’t say ive been scared of my food being tampered with at other locations.

came in today to pick up an order, stood and waited for almost 15 minutes while the girl working the front asked every single person behind me what their order was and when I asked her, hey I have an order. She looked me dead in the eye, laughed and turned around. This was tonight at 6:52. I’m used to McDonalds* having slower service, but I’m not used to them employing people with zero human decency. The young man who ended up giving me my order was so kind and made sure to look me in the eyes and apologize. He was very, very kind.

Food was well made. Drive thru line speed was not great, but they were busy too. Staff at the drive thru were not tracking orders the best and we had to tell them what was in our order (I guess they couldn’t see it on an order screen or something logical). Very nice building with good bathrooms. Plenty of room to eat and play (even if we didn’t use it much this time as we did drive thru and only entered for a bathroom need). Inside did have a self-serve soda machine, which is a requirement for us at a McDonald’s when eating inside.

Very bad service at this McDonald’s. They sold me a large coffee, but the cup was only half full. The person who served me was very rude and told me that’s how the machine dispenses it, and refused to refill the cup. A very bad place.

2/22 Order was fresh and good. Went during the afternoon.
They’re great during the day, once night hits they change. Got very crispy nugets that were dry, old fries and expired milk by 3 days in my kids meal .
10/2021 All good was fresh and really good!!!! Mcrib was great!!!!!
Went back food was great and good this time.
9/20 fries overcooked and alot of dark brown ones The butermilk chicken sandwich tasted like it’s been under the heated lamp for a while. Not crispy at all. They we’re busy so should of been fresh. The mcdouble was cold, gross!!!!
