2-2-2026 2:10AM I ordered a full meal early this morning and there was a dark skinned male at the window i was waiting for my food when i received it i was told i cant have any sauce for my food unless i pay 40 cents per sauce never in my life had i had to pay for sauce when I purchase a meal this mcdonalds is letting its self go and needs better customer service the man didnt even smile say thank you anything and was slamming the window when hes the face of the McDonalds knowing thats its the drive through at night time only the manager and their night shift need to do better as a team/shift

It’s clear to me that this location has gone way downhill recently in an effort to cut corners and reduce costs. In the same visit I had a cup that was packed to the brim with ice so that it only contained a few sips of soda, soda carbonation was flat, burger patty was literally in broken pieces, bun was hard as a rock stale, and drive thru attendant declined to give me ketchup even when asked.
The other McDonalds on 1960 near Kenswick is consistent and better quality. Advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

I use the mobile app to order my food like. I always do when I get there. He says my order isn’t there. I verify the address with him. He said that sometimes their system makes a mistake and that I have to reorder my food even though they had already charged my card. And took my reward points away from me. I had to reorder with money for the item that I paid for reward points because I don’t have any more reward points because I had used them to redeem the item, and then he tells me that I’m going to get reimbursed for my reward points and the money that I spent on the food. But I have no guarantee that he is going to reimburse me. My money or that they didn’t give my food to someone else. And accuse me of stealing When they stole my money from me.
This must be some new management.The old manager would have never done this.He would have just gave me something and apologized.I’ve been going to this place for fifteen years, almost every day on my lunch break don’t order from this place. They will steal from you and blame you for it.
There is another McDonald’s right down. The street a big happy Thanksgiving eve to me. I get screwed. I can’t believe the guy sat there and argued with me about how it was. My problem.
And that if I wanted my food, I had to order it again. That’s just crazy.

This place will kill you I ordered chicken nuggets as you can see my chicken nuggets fell on the floor the young lady bent down to pick up the chicken nuggets she handed them to the young lady in the back the young lady in a bag had gloves on the young lady who touched the food with the gloves on that was in the bag proceeded to grab the new nuggets with the same gloves on from the food she was just handed that was on the floor be very careful he will drop your food on the floor without washing their hands to throw something away this place will give you food poisoning. The person working the front register he never washed his hands after ringing up people food taking their money and go and fix food he was touching food without washing his hands nasty nasty nasty. When I seen this the young lady tried to give me more nuggets with the same gloves on that she was just handed the nuggets from the lady in the front that from where the chicken nuggets was on the floor I said I don’t want those you have to make me more chicken nuggets yes she tried to use the same gloves to get me more nuggets from where she was just handed nuggets that was on the floor without washing her hands or changing gloves after I brought this to the attention they all at mediately begin to wash their hands imagine if the lobby was closed and it had to happen you will go home eating food from someone that touched something that fell on the floor and acceptable will not return

Very upset tonight! Every time I come to this McDonald’s there’s always something wrong with my food! Tonight was the worst the food was wrong but the change was even worse I got shorted $50 on top of food being wrong and not fresh the poor person couldn’t even make a hot fudge sundae! They did try to correct the problem and remake my food and give me the correct change but the food was still wrong so was the hot fudge sundae and still was short a five-dollar bill smh never going back!!!

I’m not sure I could expect much more than that. It was good to see a McDonald’s that is busy at 9:30 AM. This is a good indication. The food will be fresh as well. Well .
I’ll certainly be back here to get breakfast next time.

The floor was very dirty, and I ordered a 10 pc. with the rewards app, and they took away 12,000 points instead of 6,000, they don’t tell you your order number after you order on the machine, and you have to ask them. 2/5 Would not recommend.

The whole reason why I ordered from McDonald’s was to get the Monopoly. I specifically went through the app and chose which items would give me the best amount of pieces I then when I receive my food I am not given any of the Monopoly pieces. Then when I try to call the restaurant it just rings and rings. The whole reason why I ordered it was to get the Monopoly pieces. I need to know am I going to get some type of reimbursement for those missing pieces via digital or bonus plays? But nonetheless, it should have been stated that I would not be receiving anything even though I paid for those specific items just to receive those Monopoly pieces. McDonald’s y’all need to do something about this now !! Makes me not want to get anything at all from now on ever again from there.
