“Yes, I’d like a homestyle burger with cheese with extra extra extra pickles. Like, I want pickles on every layer.” He chuckled, added my homestyle burger and put a note “special request.”
Got to 1st window to pay, then 2nd window to get my food. As soon as I opened up my burger, I laughed out loud. The dude literally put 27 pickles on my burger! They were EVERYWHERE! Rock on, my dude! Thank you!! Fries were hot. All the employees were pleasant and gave me warm smiles. You can tell they really love working there.
Thanks Mickey Ds!
This is my second time visiting between 1 AM and 3 AM, and I have to give a special shoutout to the two night shift employees—both African American—who consistently go above and beyond. They are hands down the friendliest and most professional McDonald’s staff I’ve ever encountered.
They always greet me with kindness, serve the food with care, and ensure everything is hot and fresh. Honestly, the food quality during the night shift has been noticeably better than what I’ve experienced during the day.
As someone who works night shifts, I know how exhausting late hours can be. It’s not easy—and that’s why I truly admire and appreciate their positive attitude and dedication.
These employees deserve recognition and a raise for their excellent customer service. Every visit has been a five-star experience. Thank you both for what you do.
This McDonald’s at 441 W Southline, Cleveland, TX is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. As an Uber Eats driver, I’ve been mistreated at this location multiple times, but on August 23, 2025, around the evening hours it was the worst.
I came in with another DoorDash driver and we stood there 8–10 minutes with no acknowledgment at all. Employees saw us, looked right at us, and still ignored us while laughing and talking in groups. I saw multiple delivery orders already bagged and ready, but no one said a word to us. I even had to message my customer to apologize because the staff refused to give any update.
Finally, one worker smirked and brought another over with a fake smile, like they were trying to intimidate me instead of just doing their job. Only then were we told our orders had been sitting there the whole time. That’s ridiculous. That’s insane. For me to have to raise my voice just to be acknowledged shows how dismissive they are toward delivery drivers.
This is a pattern at this location. On past visits, I’ve been ignored, laughed at, and left waiting until someone cleaning tables stepped in to help me. Meanwhile, they quickly acknowledge walk-in customers, hand them their food, and turn their backs on drivers like we don’t matter.
Delivery drivers are also customers — we represent the paying customer when we pick up orders. Treating us like we’re invisible hurts customers, hurts McDonald’s, and hurts the partnership with Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Another incident.
Reported to Uber Eats for repeated rudeness
This review is directed at the female employee who worked the overnight shift on November 4 around 2:47 AM. You know exactly who you are a light-complexioned Black woman, short finger-wave hair, long eyelashes, and heavyset build.
I was picking up an Uber Eats order when the customer asked me to request ketchup. When I politely asked you for it, you rolled your eyes, shook your head, and shut the door in my face. That is completely unprofessional.
This is the third time I’ve been disrespected at this same McDonald’s. I’ve always stayed calm and professional, but enough is enough. I’ve already reported this incident to Uber Eats, and I strongly believe they should reconsider doing business with this location until the staff can treat delivery partners and customers with respect.
Delivery drivers are not your enemies we’re your partners. Please do better. I will be reporting this to better business bureau.
Double cheeseburger plane completely flat, which I don’t understand why it’s flat what are you guys doing pressing all the food before you actually put it out?
Management is quick to fix the mistake but when the mistakes keep happening, that’s the actual problem and they don’t really want to retrain anyone do they. Do better McDonald’s Cleveland.
