I had a great experience at this mcdonalds. Employees are very nice my food was fresh and hot. First time I get my order nicely assembled. My coffee was perfectly made. The place was very cleaned and the atmosphere felt very pleasant. I will definitely come back. I do recommend stopping by.

I came by a week ago and I paid extra for three sauces. I was missing all three sauces. I came by right after work tonight since im tired and need something quick. I am originally answered by a very rude woman who didnt even let me continue ordering or even ask me if thats all I wanted before suddenly just telling me to pull to the first window in a “im tired of this place” tone. She was the manager working the second window. An older woman, because I would hear a second younger sounding voice trying to take over from her. The younger girl ended up finishing up my order after she heard me tell the first woman that I wasn’t even done ordering before she cut me off. This is sad. For a new location this is not what you expect. I regret giving this location a second chance. The only reason why I even gave two stars for service , was because I knew the other girl was trying to make sure I wasn’t upset since I was very audibly bothered by the manager’s tone. I asked for hot fries. I got my food after about 6 minutes, and I live 5 minutes away. My fries were cold and gross by the time I got to eat them. No wonder it doesn’t look as busy as it did a week ago whenever I pass by.

Part of my order was a large fry. This is the amount I received. They were very soggy. Parking in the curbside pickup is difficult with all the drive thru vehicles blocking the spots. Curbside spots need to be moved to the open parking space and perhaps employees can park on the side and the front of the building.

I had the misfortune of visiting this McDonald’s, and it was a complete disaster. The bread racks were left out in the sweltering heat, turning the buns into moldy, rock-hard disasters. The food was absolutely disgusting, and the service was atrocious. It’s clear they need a major overhaul. Honestly, they should hire my brother—he’d bring some real competence and maybe even a few laughs to this chaos. If they want to turn things around, they could definitely use his help—and who knows, maybe he’d even make the place fun again!

The wait time was pretty long, which I expected since the place just opened, but my food was disappointing. I ordered a McCrispy sandwich and the chicken was undercooked. I also had a hard time communicating with the person taking my order because of a language barrier, which made things a little frustrating. Hoping they improve the food quality and ordering process soon.

I really never make reviews like that but the first time I went they over charged me and the girl at the window got upset when i gave the burgers back since they weren’t cooked to order yet i made sure to say so when ordering , and then she wanted to switch up and say in Spanish oh she’s giving all the food back so I respond back in Spanish and said no I’m giving the burgers back because I asked for cooked to order and she just walked away when she realized I spoke Spanish too, now today I go again and i order a steak bagel and was charged for it yet I get a sausage mc muffin ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Lady in drive through kept getting our order wrong, when i pulled up to the window to pay turns out they didn’t even have my order in the system so they made me pull up to second window, when i pulled up to second window the lady in that register was rudely asking why we were there that we “needed to pay” so I explained to her what was going on, explained our order again to two other ladies and they made us pay cash. We received our food … My vanilla iced coffee tasted like dirty water no flavor. Service was just bad and food just thrown in the bag.
