I went to McDonald’s today and ordered a pancake platter. The manager gave me one syrup in the bag for three pancakes. I simply asked for one extra one and they told me that would be $.35 please. I would’ve bought an extra syrup but I tried to tell them that I don’t think one syrup is enough for three pancakes the manager who told me that they would not be able to give me one name is Raquel I think that what she said she didn’t have name tag and wouldn’t write it down so I would not suggest going to this McDonald’s anytime during the morning while this person is on shift, she does not care about the customers at all I am posting a picture to show you that one syrup packet for three pancakes definitely isn’t enough and for a franchise to be this cheap is amazing

Just went through the drive through for a Mc Flurry and it was basically The consistency of soup!!!! Why would you even serve that to me? Called to let a manager know and of course no one is picking up. Ridiculous!

I tried to avoid this location at all cost, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a choice this time. Just went to get food to bring home to my family and as soon as I got home, opened up my child’s happy mailbox and there was several ants that crawled out of the box. I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant in particular off of North Loop 336 in Conroe, Texas, but they definitely need to be looked into. Especially for the cleanliness of that place and the customer service. Absolutely hands-down the worst experience I’ve had.

Very rude people. Food unsatisfactory. The hamburgers are just smashed together. Tha Fry’s are over cooked. Not happy with the service at this place also asked for cheese burger no cheese also asked for a home style burger with cheese no cheese. Every time we go to this location is poor service and they never get there order right. I’m am very sad to say I will never go here again and will let my friends and family not to either. Management need to get aware of this. Worst McDonald’s ever!

I ordered food and gave my code and I didnt get the food or my points back. The people that work here are so rude and nasty to customers that are not Hispanic. I will never eat here again and will tell others about the horrible service thats given.

Yesterday I ordered around 5pm. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder meal. Normally, I never have any issues with food quality here. Thank goodness, I always check my food before eating it. When I got home and opened the box, I took the bun off the burger and noticed a super, long black hair slumped over the toppings. This completely grossed me out. I will not be returning to this location. It was obvious whoever was working the burger station didn’t have their hair tied back. The way the hair looked, though, was as if is were no accident. It was almost hanging out the side, as if someone put it there purposefully. Boycotting this location for sure.

Pretty much assume you will never get everything you ordered. Or they’ll swap your food out for someone elses entirely. McDonald’s is no longer cheap enough to be fine when you have full blown meals missing and for the food to take as long as it does to get when just running through the drive thru. The last 4/5 times we’ve been one of more items is missing or swapped for something we didn’t even order. Can’t get partial refunds for the missing food. Just a hey next time you come in you’ll get it free but that never actually happens because they just “write” your name down for “next time” but when you do ask them about it next time. They have “no record” Not one to normally make a review but they are litterally stealing money from people at this point.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered food that was all wrong. I got a burger with NO pickles on it and unsweetened tea, but they put pickles on my food and gave me sweet tea. My boyfriend ordered a bacon burger, but they gave him the wrong burger with no bacon. The night crew took 10 minutes to even talk to us and flatly ignored us. Do not eat inside.
