Nasty food day shift is perfect, but night shift is ugly, but the Manager she is bad person, she don’t do nothing for fixe the food she don’t talk with the people what she working on that place.

First the last at the cashier was fighting with a customer being embarking , she helped us with an attitude like the previous customers argument was our fault . Then we got frappes and got not the correct portions . All were super low and mostly filled with whipped cream , I asked if it was the correct portions and the young girl just looked at me lost . Employees should wear earbuds on break, not disturbing customers, not blasting ranchera music. Servers bring wrong items to table & forget drinks and THEY complain about it And, so many tiny fries in the batch!

I had placed a mobile order for a large iced coffee. When I got to the location to pick up the employee gave me a medium coffee. When I told him this is not the right size he proceeded to then say it’s a large and walked away.

I asked an employee for some sweet tea and she snapped at me that there are no drinks kept up front I told her well there isn’t any sweet tea and the manager came over and said she would make some but never did! I waited 40 minutes…. Also my Mcdouble was missing it’s pickles! I specified add mayo.. where my pickles went? Who knows!
