Ordered what’s supposed to be a Big Mac burger, but what I got was basically a junior burger patty . The patty was noticeably small and thin, barely covering the bun, which made the burger feel more like a jr pretending to be something bigger. The bun and toppings completely overpowered the meat, and the heavy amount of sauce seemed like it was there to make up for the lack of beef. For the price and the way it’s advertised, you expect a fuller, thicker patty—not something that looks like it belongs on a kids’ menu. Overall, it was disappointing.

I want to recognize an employee named Monica from the day shift at McDonald’s who truly went above and beyond to help me with my breakfast order.

I don’t eat pork, and as most people know, a large portion of the breakfast menu includes pork items. I initially asked a tall male manager about non-pork options, but the interaction wasn’t very pleasant or helpful and left me still unsure about what I could order. When Monica stepped in, everything changed. She listened carefully, treated my request with respect, and worked with the knowledge she had to create a meal configuration that fit my dietary needs.

Even though the meal ended up being rung up in a way that cost a little more than expected, I was still satisfied because her effort, patience, and positive attitude stood out. She never made me feel like my request was a burden. She focused on finding a solution rather than brushing me off, and that kind of service matters.

I also want to acknowledge the short female Hispanic manager on duty, who handled the situation professionally and showed strong people skills. She focused on resolving the issue rather than placing blame, which is exactly what good leadership looks like.

Monica represents the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. More employees should take initiative the way she did.

If only I could give 0 stars. I just came through the drive thru, I ordered 5 sandwiches total, 1 in a meal. I use my points to get one of the sandwiches free, and the lady verified that she has my code. We get to the window and pay and go to the next to get our food, and the first thing I notice is that the food handler is completely under the influence. She was communicating very slow and everything I said to her wasn’t clicking. First thing told to us is that they dont have 3 pies that I ordered, and I had to get a strawberry crème pie. Fine that’s cool. Then she goes on to give our food and I’m checking the bag, there’s only 3 sandwiches. I bring our problem to her attention and the lady tells us that we have to pay for it and that the points didn’t go through. The first window did not give us our receipt, so I could not prove the other sandwich was bought, but I showed the lady my phone to prove that my points were taken, she did not look, and all she kept saying was we had to pay for it. And the craziest part is that the manager argued with us about this!! I never had a problem with this McDonald’s until now, used to be a loyal customer but they won’t see us again.

Always good. Brand new remodeled now has 2 self order kiosks. Convenient location with playground and attached convenience store. Been coming to this place for many years and it is now the best that it has ever been. I will add some pictures later as this is a regular spot for me. Remodel is done though and dine in is back open.

I could barely understand what the attendant at the speaker was saying while taking my order. Drove up to pay and the gentleman wasn’t paying attention and I kept waiting for my receipt. I drive up to get my order and the young man just stood there and didn’t respond when I kindly asked for more napkins. I drove off only to find that my bagel was burnt but I didn’t notice until I drove off and opened my breakfast. ‍♀️

Their own app messed up, charged me for my food but I never received it. Their customer service is abysmal, with not a single person in the store speaking passable English to help a customer. I ended up spending $6.37 for food I will never receive because of their and their apps mistakes

Knew this place was getting renovated and was excited to see how it would look, very disappointing it has become so impersonal. You stand at the front waiting for someone to take your order but they never come around to even check if there’s someone there. I have always loved coming to this location, thought it was awesome, but not so much anymore. Sometimes change is bad. Also unfortunately my burger was cold, Could be because they never truly wrapped it up when putting it in my bag. This is what it looked like when I took it out of the bag.
