Im not a McDonald’s customer fir the same bad experiences I’ve always had. Order a combo to go because of the time and 15mints has passed and I approach the young lady and ask politely about my meal and still 3 more mints and nothing every one else getting there meals and still nothing on myside. I had to ask fir my money back and they didn’t even had the money so I just walked away with 6 dollars and some change out of 10 dollar bill. Never again with McDonald’s. Trash of business on my part.

I’m usually a fan of McDonald’s, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The staff whom working night shift seemed uninterested and unfriendly, and it took much longer than usual to get my order. When I asked about the delay, I was met with attitude instead of help. I hope management can work on improving customer service and training the team to treat guests with more respect and care.

I’ve had the worst experience happen to me at this restaurant yesterday.I want to write this sooner my stomach was still upset. I got my food and started to eat my burger after the second bite a roach walk out of my burger. I tell my 4 year old to stop eating her food. Call and take the food back the manger did not even apologize. Telling me how weird it was that this happen I told him it was alive you can’t tell you haven’t seen others rooming around. I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Walked in at 10:30 expecting the lunch menu just like at every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Only to be told that for some reason breakfast ends at 11:00 instead at this location. Okay, not that big a deal, caught me a little off guard but not the end of the world.
But what really pissed me off was that the employee laughed at me and practically called me stupid because I didn’t know this already..
