Typical McDonald’s — quick, convenient, and affordable. The food was fresh, and the order was correct. Good option when you just need something fast and familiar. The place can get busy and service isn’t always the fastest, but overall it does the job. Nothing special, but reliable for a quick meal.

Worst!!! McDonald’s I have ever been in All the employee’s are rude the drink station is closed down empty cause people get to many refills(yes I asked) the bathroom stunk so bad I couldn’t even go all the way in, that’s the reason there’s no pic of bathroom at least the food was hot & fresh there’s no wifi all the outlets plugs are covered up I guess people used to electricity charging while they ate I will not be coming back here ever again WORST McDonalds

The manager is discrimating against people, rude individual. My husband and I was ordering our food on the app. My husband had to use the restroom and the manager said the restroom is for paying customers. My husband and I both explained to him that I was ordering the food online and he was about to let my husband use the restroom on himself. The manager called the cops on my husband and said he didn’t want his kind in there or his money. We were not from that area. He treated us like we were nothing. He needs to be fired, not manager material.

This is my second time ordering. I got the same results almost three months apart. It will also be my last time ordering. First through Door Dash. I spent about $23. I got the exact opposite of everything I asked for. No sauce that I ordered for the 20 nuggets, no order notes for double sauce on the burger instead I got ketchup only. Today I ordered via Uber Eats. Neither time will I get my money back from DD or UE, so that’s $40 down the drain! I ordered 2 TRIPLE cheeseburgers xtra everything and got two dry DOUBLES! Again did not get the sauce I ordered even after asking the driver as well. I’ve been calling NO ANSWER! Fries were COLD. I’m 1 mile away so they were cold when they left the store. The patties taste SLIMEY!!! My chest seems to hurt a bit and so does my throat after eating two nuggets and the burgers. Sounds like it’s time to call the health department. In the meantime I will be trying to find and call the general manager $40 is not a loss I am willing to take!

This is the only McDonald’s nearby for this neighborhood. I haven’t had issues with my food or drive-thru, but my real concern is safety! People come up to your cars & tap your window while at the speaker to ask for money. At night they have music playing outside, I guess to deter the people away, but I feel like they should have security outside at least at night. Especially when the drive thru is having slow moments it just feels creepy being in that parking lot.

Order through Uber eats and it is took over 1 hour 45 minutes for this store to make a bacon quarter ponder, 2 hot ‘n’ spicy and a big mac with fries and 2 large teas. If I was the store owner I would replace everyone in here. It shows lack of management and the employees job failure.no straws,no napkins, no ketchup for the very cold fries. Ice in the tea was gone. Sad they didn’t even replace these items after taking this long.

Only got a drink from here and sat in for a while. Usually when I get a drink here it comes out good. But it’s usually rowdy inside and I have been in here at least once when they need to get someone out of the store and cops get called. (Feb. 19)

The worst Macdonald ever I have visisted in my life Very disappointed with my visit to this location Macdonald . They didn’t have milk at all, which is surprising for such a big chain. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for kids or anyone who needs milk with their order. Basic items like milk should always be available. Not a great experience. And also the worst part was non of the employees understand English.

My son did an online app order on 09/30/2025. When he went to retrieve it he was told they had no record of his order although he showed them an email receipt that it was order & purchase.

Instead of trying to locate the order or remake a new order he was told to leave . No apology nor reimbursement just leave. I know this can’t be McDonalds policy & procedures. The people in this location need to be better trained on customer service. That is not how you treat a customer. I’m his mom & work for Internal Compliance. I will make sure that this problem want happen to anyone else.

McDonalds need to do better job about vetting potential employees. Please share with the stakeholders. I will also be contacting corporate about this matter. Also whomever is replying on behalf of McDonalds with this bogus link that you can’t click on nor does this link exist tells me that they don’t care about the complaints. This is their go to for complaints. I will be reporting the owner lack of response too.

HORRIBLE! THE MANAGERS ARE TERRIBLE AS WELL! I made a mobile order after work tonight to feed my babies and still had to sit in line for 30 minutes and when I finally reached the window they gave me old food. when I told the guy he had an attitude and they were talking a lot of mess. then gave me OLDER fries, broken up and soggy. I took pictures and videos. they refused to make it fresh and lied to my face about making food again after taking the bag for literally a minute.
