So I heard that the McDonald’s Halloween Buckets were in so didn’t want to miss this or then sell out as fast as they come in like Burger King did.I was hoping for the cat but I got the ghost which is cool along with stickers It came with 6 piece chicken nuggets,small fries,and chocolate milk.Of course I had to also play the ne McDonald’s Monopoly Game in which I did win Food and got some pretty good properties.Of course though are little sneaky pug decided he wanted the burger .I didn’t even see him take it and leave .He scarfed it down though.Was not Happy about it though .So I tried once again to order from Door Dash keeping my fingers crossed that this time I would actually get my order.Last time I did not but thankfully now they are giving you secret pass numbers you have to give you’re delivery driver so I did get my order nearly and carefully packed they put my Bucket kids meal in another bag .Driver was cool and delivery went good.Thankfully Door Dash was cheaper than other’s.

I would give this place negative stars if it would let me. Service was terrible. Stood in line for a while and the guy working the register looked at me and walked off finally came back to the front looked at me again and walked back to the back. Place is trashy also

Placed an order for McMuffins at 10:15am. It successfully charged my card and got the email it successfully went through. Drove up to the store and by the time I was walking in got en email alert saying order was canceled. I specifically placed my order 15 minutes before that 10:30 cutoff. When I arrived and gave them my order number from the app (it was still showing my order was ready) he said they don’t have breakfast as they just switched to lunch. I understand that I placed the order 15 minutes ago. He then changed his story and said that it was canceled and they never made it. I said when did you cancel the order cause I placed it 15 minutes ago? He said I dunno it never made it to us, it happens a lot, we never made it. Are you serious? You charged me, order went through, it showed on your end the order was placed. It showed on my app to head to the store and pickup! All you had to do was leave my order in the warmer and then transition the grill from breakfast to lunch! It wasn’t an order at 10:28 or 10:29 or last minute! You just didn’t want to make it and hurry up and switch the grill over to lunch 15 minutes BEFORE the schedule says to! Unacceptable. Will never use the app or come to this location ever again!

The place was rlly dirty and they need to clean up the place. So many flies, used straw wrappers, crumbs, food, stains, and clearly has not been groomed. They also threw our food in the bag. I only give two stars bc they got our order right and it tasted alright. Although we had to use napkins to cover our food and drinks (that were very watered down) from the flies.

The food and service was good but, they need to update the menu with the correct prices. The cashier didn’t let me know the prices have gone up. I was not expecting to pay $47.07. According to the menu, my price should have been around $37.

As a door dasher they refused to let me take both the orders I had. I had to call door dash support. Manager Morgan has a bad attitude and said that’s is her policy. They put us in the back of the line. We have been waiting half an hour. I don’t feel like this is the person you want representing your brand. Refusing to make customers orders and refusing to let 3rd party delivery services take them.

No wonder McDonalds is killing off their customers with poor food safety regulations. They serve food with bad onions and under cooked food. Save your money and your life. I’m reporting this to the health department on Monday. The manager on duty didn’t even care about the poor food safety situation. She was rude and completely disconnected from the situation. Please really don’t eat here or allow your kids open to a life threatening situation. Please share
