I came to McDonald’s to get my daughter a kids meal and there was only fry’s and a toy…. I usually do like to get food from McDonald’s too… but this is a common occurrence and I live too far out the area to pick up an item or items to be replaced.

Food, etc was fine. What I find upsetting is there are no changing tables in the restrooms to change a baby/toddler. We were there today and one toddler had a blowout. Had to take to my car to change. Not pleasant. Can’t cost that much to install a changing table. And there is plenty of room.

Waited in drive thru for 45 mins, ordered 15 ahead on the mobile app for breakfast. Just for them to tell me at the LAST window. Not the intercom, or the second window. The last one. They won’t be firing my order. Because I was at intercom a few mins past breakfast, and it didn’t matter if I ordered way before and was stuck in line. And I “should” get a refund in 3-5 days and If not come back to the store. When it shows on my app I received my food, like it wasn’t cancelled. Female Manager who wears the Covid mask is absolutely horrible. Never had a bad experience till now. Why can’t you just tell me at intercom you have no intention on making my food, it’s a few past, issue a refund and let me go on my way not have me wait another 30 mins in line.

They are always very nice and respectful to me if i show them the same. If youre having trouble with the staff. Its likely your own lack of communication and inability to resolve a simple mishap that is just going to happen sometimes at any joint that you go to. They are human, they care, they doing what they can and i see it. Love this mcdonalds. (Im a contractor and am here often)

I have given several chances before writing this. But yall are the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. I’ve been to a lot my husband is a trucker. Today was the last straw, I ordered a burger with no pickles no onions and got onions. Plus it was 100% old and had the extra bonus of a very long hair in it! That on top of always dirty tables, always taking a hour or so to get old cold food. I was a regular despite all that, and am done.

This McDonald’s has gone to hell over the last few years. Prices have gone way up for lower quality food. Fine, everything has gone up…. However if you have been to our local Whataburger you expect the wait to be around 20 minutes. Let me tell you, Whataburger is way quicker. I just went to McDonald’s at 1:56pm. Got my food at 2:34pm.. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. That is all. Of note the only reason I went here today was because I was given a free sandwich coupon from my cousin. A month or 2 ago she foolishly went here because she was out of creamer. She ordered a coffee. Took them an hour to get it to her and it was missing the shot of caramel she asked for. Unbelievable. Shut this stupid place down if you can’t manage to run it properly!!

This is supposed to be fast food. Several times in the last few months, we’ve waited around an hour for a Happy Meal, only to leave and discover that something had been left out, and we don’t want to go back through and wait another hour for whatever was left out. It shouldn’t be that hard to check the order before giving it to the customer. The double ordering stations are poorly designed. I don’t know who’s managing this McDonald’s, but they should something to increase the speed of the orders. I usually order on the app, and had been doing curbside pickup, but that takes even longer than just going through the drive through. These issues need to be fixed.

Went to McDonald’s this morning 1/1/2025 ordered a Steak, egg, cheese bagel breakfast sandwich meal. This was a drive thru order. Upon arriving at my destination I sat and ate a large portion of my sandwich with only a small portion left I found what appeared to be a partially melted plastic item. Upon closer inspection this item looked or appeared to be a plastic blister pack from some type of medicine. I called to report this incident to the store and was given a phone # to send pictures. Please note that I did attempt to contact headquarters but due to the fact today is a holiday they were closed
