In general I like this McDonald’s I think it’s pretty good. I’m writing this review to say that I have a bone to pick with the management of this McDonald’s. At 11:30 on Monday January 19th I pulled up to get my mobile order and there is only one nice sweet older lady working the entire stor,e how do you have just one person working the entire store. Whoever the manager is at this McDonald’s needs to do better, if you need more people I understand but at the same time I find it completely unacceptable that y’all would have one person working the entire store. So there’s my five star review, I made it five stars so that nobody would get mad and take it down. Having one person work the entire store by themselves is not cool, do better McDonald’s. #JusticeForFemanonMcDonald’sEmployee.

Was a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience dining at this fine establishment. Not to mention the amazing, lively, and helpful staff they had working there. Everything was delicious, the store was clean, and service was quick and immaculate. There were two fine young lads (and handsome if I do say so) looking to be around 18 that were so incredibly assisting to me and my family.will definitely be returning to this sacred establishment soon for another memorable and joyful experience.

There is absolutely no customer service unless you go up to the counter and try to get someone’s attention. They expect customers to place their own orders using the kiosk, and staff are not proactive about helping, they don’t approach you, they just look at you. There are also no napkins available in the dining area, so you have to go to the register, wait several minutes, and ask for them. This location has, by far, the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to or seen in my life. Every time I have previously come to this position to get my child food the wait has been 30 minutes or more for a happy meal. The speed at which the drive through works is atrocious. Something needs to be done management wise because this location has gone down hill since it was built and only getting worse.

Disappointed at food. This image is pretty par for the course at this location. Orders are almost never 100% correct, always something missing like condiments or add-ons. And I’ve never gotten a single fry that tastes like a McDonald’s fry. They are soft, and unsalted. Their burgers are always just slapped together, sauces are somehow on top of the burger, and WHY DO YOU PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG ON THEIR SIDE???

The GM Tanya is always super friendly and in a good mood. Any time I’ve talked with her she’s made sure everything was perfect. I don’t know what she’s paid but she needs a raise and an all expenses paid vacation! She’s the reason we keep coming back! 5 stars!

Best drinks in Waco! This is the only place in Waco that knows how to clean their drink machines and they don’t taste like slime in the ice machine.
