This evening, I tried to place a mobile order like I have many times. This time the app glitched during placement and charged my card the money that I had available for dinner, but the app didn’t send my order through to the restaurant nor shows proof of taking my money on the actual McDonald’s app. I arrived at the restaurant, showed them that my money had been taken from might account, as well as my points deducted, but I didn’t have a receipt on the app. They told me there was nothing that they could do about it, that I needed to call customer service. Even the manager dismissed me telling me all she could do was tell me to call customer service, which was very disappointing as a manager over a restaurant. No apology, no offering any other assistance. When I called Customer service, all they could tell me was that eventually my money would be refunded because no order was “picked up”, but they had no timeline because the only proof was that my points were deducted, they couldn’t see through my app account that they took my money.
I am seven months pregnant and emotional and I just wanted some McDonald’s. I hoped for a little bit more kindness, understanding and assistance from my local McDonald’s when they see a pregnant lady who tells them that she just spent what money she had available for dinner and now that money was now unavailable to her for an unforseeable time.

Ordered with the kiosk and the order only took a few minutes. Instead of needing to pick it up at the front, the guy manning the register brought it to my table. This location is always quiet and usually more busy at the drive through than Inside. They still have the play area available, which isn’t true for a lot of locations lately.

Typical McDonald’s the speaker person did not listen to what you were telling him. You had to repeat your order three times and then you didn’t get it right when you ordered it and all it was coffee creamer however the lady at the window when you picked up your coffee was very pleasant very nice and very friendly.

The guy working the night shift was rushing us through our order. And I didn’t have a chance to look over the menu or anything. So I didn’t end up ordering anything there because of that my boyfriend got something to eat there though. And the service they drive through was really slow ended up end up have to wait for a while just for one thing that my boyfriend ordered and then a drink. I am very disappointed in this place and I probably will never go through there again to order anything because of the service.

The fries were good. The place clean. I ordered 2 large fries, that’s it. And no other customers were in line. The girl making the fries filled up a bunch and ignored me and ignored me even after looking right at me. She then went to play on her phone and then showed another female worker what was on her phone. None were in a uniform. They were wearing faded hoodies.
Finally, the cashier came over and asked what I needed. I said I need my fries. The cashier was a nice young man who was paying attention.

One of the newer best designed McDonald’s in the company / franchise system. It has a new exterior look. On inside how the kiosks, reception counter, service bar , & dining areas are more efficiently arranged. Arrived around 8 am. A handful of customers were dining inside. Nobody seemed to be using kiosks to order even though there was a big sign at the counter to use. The founder Kroc would have been proud of this location. Facility was clean, spick & span. Condiments & accessories were in good supply for customers. Aside from a doughy tortilla wrap, my two breakfast sausage burritos were good. Nice quiet convenient place to stop off of IH35N.

Manager is very rude once I came back to get my drink after they had forgot to.give me my coffee. this morning like it was my bad they didnt give me my coffe. Before that they charged me for a d.p and coffee on top of my order being wrong. I just poked my head around the corner to let them not even hardly over the counter because im tiny and she crawled at me for standing where I was plain stay behind a threshold that not even a threshold hold weird

If I could give it zero stars I would, but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow it. I took the drive-thru and all my girlfriend wanted was a McChicken. One. McChicken. She didn’t get her McChicken. She received a McDouble instead. She really wanted a McChicken…You people made my girlfriend cry. You monsters. Also I went inside to get her a McChicken, they had me waiting almost 15 minutes…for one McChicken.

This place was ridiculous. I was asked to pull around to window 2. The sign on the windows said window 2 but since it was the 3rd window the manager refused to bring my food to me and preceded to help and hand out other orders. When I had to drive back around the drive through I didn’t recieve a apology for sending me to the wrong window instead I recieved a half frozen hash brown and a burnt biscuit that I couldn’t eat ! The only good thing about this store was the exit back to the road.
