Doesn’t matter if you’re the only customer there—they’re still incredibly slow and still get the order wrong. There is a counter, but once they walk back into the kitchen they’re completely out of view, so if they forget something as basic as a straw you’re just left waiting.

Horrible wait times. Does not matter what time of day or if there are no customers. They are very unorganized and slow. Make sure to review your orders. Three of my orders were wrong. Make sure you have time to wait. Food was cold when received. Horrible experience. You would expect them to have people trading them how to maintain customer quality

Have had a good experience at night coming up here after work. I bring my dogs and the girls working the drive thru are extremely nice. Food was easy and very fast.

Omg this is the freaking 2nd time my burger is not cooked all the way if i would had known my husband was going to stop there to get me a burger I would had said no they are bad at service and the meat is never cooked uhhhggg and my husband ordered bacon and guess what no freaking bacon. and the manager has the worse customer service skills she was talking Spanish asking another employee what the heck does she want? so i kindly answered her in Spanish. Which was not cool at all.

Please tell me how you unevenly cook something on a set timer? My burger came out more raw then thought possible. This store needs new management and better trained staff or needs to close! Not coming again and you should never come either (Edit 03/6/26: I actually recived food poisoning from this place my stomach was messed up for a week following my visit) -5/5 stars

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I always see the young hardworking girl named April? There’s times I see her cashing out people in the back then running to the next window to give us our food. Very friendly but McDonald’s management needs better staff when clearly one person is doing 2 jobs.

Listen to the reviews. Don’t come here. Super disorganized, management doesn’t apologize for the wait. Took us an hour to get food when we ordered inside. Shot out to Jay for helping us. Food ended up being decent after we got it.

The 1st time i said okay they are slow cause they are all getting use to the new store they took like 10 minutes and there were like 2 cars in drive thru and today i went for lunch and my freaking quarter pounder was raw , i took a bite and it tasted funny so i tore it apart omg raw red meat yuck! … i was hungry took a big bite too i hope i do not get sick.

I came during my work lunch break since this McDonalds was only 6 minutes away. After waiting some time, I finally got to the 2nd window where the worker seemed confused. I was first handed the wrong order, then I was handed a shamrock shake that was neon green and tasted disgusting (compared to the other McDonald’s in the area). The manager came to tell the worker that I needed to move up and wait, but the worker never addressed me. I moved up and then waited another few minutes. Once I was given my food the manager did say she was sorry for the wait, which I was thankful for. I was almost late to work, meaning I was probably waiting for 20 minutes. The fries were good, but my burger patties seemed a little undercooked. Overall, the fries and manager were probably my only good experience.
