VERY slow! I went to check on the order twice but it eventually showed up.Food arrived WARM not hot.
I found the taste less satisfying than usual, I can’t say exactly what was wrong but the flavor was off, quite disappointing.
By the time we got home everyone was having stomach issues, some worse than others. I DO NOT believe we will try this location again.

The delicate fishes that they serve need to be cooked a lot lighter. The last few times that I went there and ordered the red fish it has been overcooked this type of fish only needs to be cooked for 5 minutes. Seafood does not take a long time to cook so the chefs should become more aware. The customer service is great and Myra is the best server I’ve seen there in a long time.

They are understaffed here, as usual. Did a mobile order and had to wait an additional 25 mins because no one knew what was going on and if its not on the board, then they cant find anything. Annnnd, they forgot half my order anyway. Had to go back. Spent about 35.00 here for breakfast for 4 people and they can’t even get an order correct. Do better McDonalds, do better.

If I could leave a half of a star I would have. The Line wasn’t even that bad. My whole family got nuggets and there was no sauce in the bag, I got half of a small fry, I asked for only lettuce and Mac sauce. Didn’t get any lettuce at all. McDonalds workers know what they sign up for and still mess up orders. Why even work there? What would you do if your order was this messed. And yes I know I should have checked my bag but got damn I gotta check my Sandwiches too?? Wow Terrible man.

Get here. Let me tell You why. This McDonald’s food is always fresh and they are fast in the drive thru. I remember when drive thrus had timers. This one has a young African American lady with braids in the order window who knows how to move a line. You can tell when she is at work. The rest of the staff is always kind including management. I have had order mix ups that they corrected on the spot.

I have always had a great opinion about McDonald’s. However it has quickly changed, this is not a one day thing or that they pissed me off one time. Nope this is about consistency, like the evening shifts are consistently terrible with service. They are on their phones while taking orders, and act as though its the first time they have ever seen their own menu. Terrible who doesn’t like McDonald’s fries, they will make you hate them due to receiving cooked so lack luster. I feel they should let the day mangers work nights to see how different the quality is and how embarrassing the representation of the organization has been shown. Just terrible… I mean the location on Clear Creek across from Shoe Maker high school..

Gave a code, my phone said it was used after i gave it. Lady at the drive thru says its not working. I reloaded my app and selected the deal, but it says already used wait 15mins. Assuming there is a glitch on there end fine. Did not realize I was charged wrong for the 2 holiday pies. It isn’t by much, but seriously . $3.78 instead of $3.00. Never had this issue at the other ones I ordered at.

I went to this McDonald’s and the staff was completely rude I have never been treated like that, I asked nicely for my order that has been taking 25 minutes and she comes back with an attitude. And the staff including the MANGER in the back playing around touching each other. It was very unprofessional no wonder everyone’s order took a long time.

I have visited this location twice, and on both occasions the service was extremely disappointing. The employee taking my order was engaged in a full conversation while assisting me, which felt unprofessional. The staff’s overall attitude came across as rude.
