Let me tell u what a wonderful experience I had at this McDonald’s. Dennis was running the place and he actually made me leave there saying maybe everybody who works at McDonald’s isn’t rude and lazy. This wonderful person made me want to come back to McDonald’s and as a matter of fact I have had nothing but good experiences with my late night door dashes and now I know why. Because this man cares about not only McDonald’s money but my money and gets my food out every time. The McDonald’s on 6th street should be fired and a whole new crew hired. They r rude and lazy. They cant handle staffing correctly which is why they struggle plus they seem to have the most lazy employees I dont think I’ve seen one of them ever break a sweat to try and hustle for anybodys food. The whole crew and all the management at the 6th street McDonald’s couldn’t even compare to Dennis. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. HES GOOD FOR UR BUSINESS!! THANK U DENNIS FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Ill be returning to ur McDonald’s for sure!!

I thought I would try this new McDonald’s with the news of McDonald’s “ lowering their prices”. It should not take 5+ minutes to get your order going through drive-through. Note Should you have to park and wait for them to bring your food going through drive-through. Either they are shortstaffed already or they are just slow. I spent $20 just to feed two of my kids. I could have gone to Applebee’s and got more for the same price. I could’ve gone to Whataburger and got more for less. McDonald’s is still definitely not the budget conscious meal alternative. $7 for 10 nuggets, which were edible, but definitely not cooked enough. $3.80 for a 9 ounce milkshake. Come on McDonald’s you can do better. With such a heavy hit to the wallet this will be the last time I go to McDonald’s for anything unless they seriously drop their prices. All in all this place was average at best. Definitely not with $20.

Ordered in the Drive-Thru. Set to park and wait for our 4 hot and spices chicken to be made. Took 15 minutes to get our food finally.
Asked for ketchup while in line paying for it. Then when food came there was no ketchup.

I don’t go to McDonalds very often but because of my teenage kids, do a little bit more now. This is by far the best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to since the 90s. Food is always fresh & service with a smile. The flavors take me back to my childhood. I can get extra pickels for no up charge! Food is great compared to other fast food restaurants. Love the mcdouble extra pickels with medium fry.

Never got the take out. Only 1 kiosk working. Only took card and I had cash. Human behind counter showed up twice to bring 2 orders before me. No long lines inside as 2 people before me. No long lines in drive thru. 15 minutes later I walk out. Worst McDonalds experience ever.

My daughter went here late last night and left without the drink she paid for. She told the staff, but no one helped her…very disappointing.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems: a few months ago, I ordered for my family of five and two main items were missing. Mistakes happen, but repeated issues like this show serious service problems.
If you’re the owner or manager, please address this before it becomes a bigger problem. Customers shouldn’t leave frustrated, especially from a new location.

Great McDonald, placed my order through the drive-thru and the guy (Dennis) did a great Job, took two different orders and the guys delivered super fast, and everything was correct. 10/10 will definitely come back!!!

I think the staff has been very friendly compared to the other local McDonald’s. Fast service at drive through, yes kiosk inside thats what all McDonald’s do now! No issues with my orders. Its so convenient. Thank you

The levels of multi staff incompetence is astounding. Took 3 tries to get the right order delivered. The drive thru staff telling me to move on to a drive through parking spot when I’m already on the bumper of another car waiting for food at Window 3. Then, no condiments/plasticware for the Hotcakes. Total 25 minutes from order to getting everything needed on a Saturday morning. I should have been paid to deal with this absolute mess.
