Im still waiting for my food going on 30+ mins and still nothing. Drive thru vehicles showing up left and right and leaving before I do. A employ ordered his food and got it in a few minutes. Trash all over the floor seats ripped and trashed. No sweet tea or ketchup bowls. The list can go on!!! Half the fries were cold other half Luke warm.

So we came to the drive-thru around 9:30 we had to wait to get our food as around 10:00 and they gave her food to another car which is no fault of their own the person who took our food is in the wrong however inside and spoke to miss essence and she was wonderful and they were so busy and these people I mean were working and they had a line in the dining room a line and the drive through these people are working their butt off instead of getting mad of how the situation happened it was something you have to realize how hard these people are really working great job to the team at this McDonald’s and at this location moving forward I think we will come to this location thank you everyone at this McDonald’s for your hard work

Worst service and food I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! They just opened so no excuses. Biscuits so hard couldn’t even eat them! Gave them two chances they are just consistently bad!!

Horrible! I came and ordered a McChicken and cheese burger, and they gave me a cheese burger and double cheeseburger. I asked for sauces, they took forever, and when I left and got home they put NO sauces in the bag. Then I came again the next day, and was completely rushed over the intercom. No Hello welcome, or what can I get for you, just “what do you want” and while ordering I was being rushed and they kept asking “is that all?” In a monotone voice as if I was bothering them. Idc if it’s fast food, you are paid to work in costumer service and obviously this store has none. Hire better people.

Super friendly service at the drive thru and pretty fast, honestly. Fish sandwich was fresh and bun was soft . Fries were hot and fresh out the oil no complaints. Maybe wish I had more tarter sauce ♀️, but that’s being picky. It was great and fast. Thank you!

It was awful I went threw the drive thru and the wasn’t friendly at all and the I waited for at least 15 minutes for the most awful food I ever had it was a Big Mac chicken sandwich and quarter pounder and they all was awful and cold fry’s was unsalted I think and cold. I had to go and get Whataburger to have something to eat not sure I’ll ever eat McDonalds ever again.

10 minutes for a chicken biscuit! Good think I left for work early or I would have had to drive off!!! Also every time I order a steak and bagel sandwich they never have grilled onions on it.
