I ordered online and came here on my lunch break. My break is only 45 minutes. It took me 5 minutes to get here and now I have 6 minutes to get back and I’m not even at the window yet. I’m not sure what the hold up is, but this drive-thru is just not moving. If I hadn’t paid already I would have just left. Never coming here for lunch again.

Not a great experience with the non intuitive kiosks. The drive thru was busy but inside was slow. Took a while to get food. Big service issue was listening to the staff gripe at each other about who was supposed to do what while a trainee was trying to learn. Was a pretty toxic environment that was out there for everyone to hear.

Horrible! I got there around 6:20am and they said they would not open until for another 30 minutes. I made a mobile order and paid for it already, but they did not care. They did not refund me either. I couldn’t wait 30 minutes because I was on the way to Lubbock. Absolutely horrible.

Always stop at this location on my way home or passing on the way somewhere. Stopped by this morning and it took a minute to order (lady had to change out battery to her headset…I understand that). Finally ordered and they had to restart the mocha machine (I understand that) so had to pull up and wait. Waited for a bit and finally got my Hot Mocha! Manager bought it out to me and even took care of my Christmas Pie for me! Thank you guys for service and communication well done!
