They are fantastic 0! a parade came thru Springtown texas monday and everyone went to mcdonalds. I bet 200 cars showed up.2 rows of cars line up in the drivethru to the highway ! Im an uber driver and i had an order there.i Barely got in ! I thought they wouldnt be able to get to me for 1 and a half hours !! They got my order in 30 min and continually took care of that VERY PACKED PLACE!!! They deserved an AWARD and stayed NICE to pushy customers ! They are a 5 in MY BOOKS !! I barely got out of there and people were still cramming in that parking lot as i maneuvered my way out of there! Im still blown away at how they did it !!

I love McDonald’s. But I ordered a #3. It was old and stale. Fries were stale. Not horribly but not great, either. I was told to pull forward and watched four orders behind me get filled and drove around me. They apologized for the delay, but I love McDonald’s and was looking forward to it.

Ignored at drive thru for about 3 minutes. Jokingly asked for 5000 water cups, assuming nobody was listening but also trying to get someone’s attention., and the manager on duty threatened to kick me out of the drive thru. That will be the last Interesting experience I will ever have at that location.

So sick of corporate greed. My kid spilled a few chicken nuggets and they made me pay for a new 4pc instead of just replacing them. How much money did those nuggets cost for McDonald’s? Like 20 cents?? But I have to pay $4?

Absolute horrible experience with horrible staff! When the African American manager is there it runs great and smooth but today it was a Hispanic man and calling it a nightmare would put it lightly! Mobile order a simple happy meal took over an hour! Staff lied said they were having system issues but I watched the order on the app and then after their repeated lies it was sitting on the counter. Went in twice requested help was told it would be right out, called once was told it would be right out, talked to two people outside was told it would be right out. Requested the manager twice he never would come out or get on the phone. Finally they brought out the wrong thing after an hour and getting the order again. They lied repeatedly and tried to blame the system but it was on the screen, on the app and they were just refusing to fulfill orders on tons of people. The manager took no responsibility and offered no apology for anything. Finally left with cold food, watered down drink and half a wrong order. Only time in my life I’ve left a bad review for anything and probably wouldn’t have even on this but the lies and the lack of accountability was beyond bad service!

I don’t really have any issues with the food here, but every time the manager named Andy is working the food is perfect. The fries are crispy, the food tastes fresh, and is usually ready pretty quick. Any time I see Andy working there, and I have to wait on my food, he brings it out himself instead of having the staff do it. It’s nice to see somebody take pride in there work and lead by example.
