There’s 2 major reasons why this McDonald’s will NOT get a rating higher than 4 stars any time soon.
1. What you will find without fail is NO ONE at the counter, and regardless of how long you stand there waiting for someone, NO ONE will show up to help you, take your order, or even put out your flames if you were on fire – at least not for about 15 minutes of you standing there like an idiot and and everyone avoiding you like the plague.

2. The floors ALWAYS have a “wet sign” , for some reason. EVERY. TIME. In fact, I’ll dare you to show up on any random time or day and not find a “Wet Floor sign”. Instead if taking the extra 90 seconds to wipe the floors to mitigate customers getting injured, they just put 5-7 signs and good luck with your law suit.

Several times have they gotten my order wrong, by missing items. This is a typical occurrence, so make sure you check your bags before you leave the drive thru. And 60% of the time AT LEAST, will you be sent to ONE OF TWO waiting areas post-drive thru, if there are more than 2 cars on the queue.

It’s kind of exhausting to think of what they COULD do to improve. I personally don’t have that kind of time to think about it. I only have the 2 minutes it took me to write this, to help my fellow consumer.

EDIT: The fact that instead of replying to this review with a direct phone number or an email to the store manager, so they can talk to me directly about my negative experience… And instead they just reply with a generic answer linking me to their Feedback page… Tells you everything you need to know about their service.

1. Walk into McDonalds to get something to eat on October 2oth 2025, at 9:45 PM. And there was another gentleman there. People are just walking by, seeing you standing there and the guy said excuse me I would like to place a order…she would not come to the counter but walk by and said we are close….They are open until 11:00 PM….you no if your close the doors are normally locked so customers can not come in… I said I want to file a complaint please give me the District office phone number. She said I do not have any phone numbers…she said what’s your complaint… 1. Customer service is horrible, they are to busy to acknowledge you while you stand there for 10 to 15 minutes. 2. Closing a store is to lock doors no Customer aloud in. 3. The lights outside are never on when I go by very dangerous cannot see the curb.. 4. When I purchase a meal from them the fries and Hambuger have been sitting there so long it cold. 5. You have to ask for ketsup to receive so ask for it and they do not put it in your bag. I always order for 2 people my bill over 30.00 it gets old and Ihave spoken to manager before and she does not care…and tonight another guy came up to me and said the lights are always on…so you complain and your called a liar. Threw with wasting my time.. my rating for food and service and Atmosphere…0

Fries were not fresh… and I waited 7-8 minutes for a “5 dollar” meal…. it was still good. Just like to have fresh fries when I’ve waited a few minutes.

Stopped for a snack and restroom break. My mother rolled into the restroom, and the accessible stall was occupied by a young healthy-ish girl smoking. Then while we waited for the food the employees were yelling curse words at each other. 10 outta 10…don’t recommend.

I’m not sure why the reviews are low here, but this place was super clean
The restroom was clean, and the door just bangs really loud behind you when you go in a stall.

Food is almost always old tasting. Service is always slow. Always have to pull up to a spot and wait.. then they hand you the bag, and walk off. And order has been messed up a couple times and I had to go inside to get it fixed.

Our first trip to Baton Rouge and first dinner here …was just delicious. The servers made you feel right at home. The food excellent. From the fresh salad to the shrimp was yummy. Onion rings, just everything….our bowling team enjoyed
