My niece was missing in the area and not only did the manager take a look at her photo, she walked to each of her employees individually and showed them her photo. She could have looked at the picture on my phone and dismissed what I said, but she didn’t. She made sure every soul in there saw her face. We did find my niece, safe and sound. But I don’t want her care to go unnoticed. I was so stressed I don’t catch her name, but thank you!

it all started when i ordered my food on the mobile app, it worked great. once there in the evening i was the only one in the line and no other cars around i was asked to pull out of line to wait for my order. i was never given my receipt and asked repeatedly for it. i was give the excuse that it did not print. when they brought the bag it was missing half the order. no fries or napkins in the bag. i asked politely and they were like ugh let me go get you the fries.. still asked for my receipt again and they refused to give it. they just didnt want me to do the survey on their store. Now I’m I will purposely buy 1 small cheap item just so i can do a survey now and roast them every chance I get. Im not wanting any free food from this or any compensation. only the respect i should have received the evening I was there, but didnt get from some entitled employee

My kids and I got food poisoning immediately after eating breakfast here. I tried calling so the staff were aware and could fix the problem food and the woman asked if I could “prove it”. No apologies, nothing but rude and dismissive responses. I was calling to simply make them aware so they could handle the food better and/or get rid of the specific food that made us sick so no one else was affected by it.

The woman was very dismissive and lowkey rude to me for no reason. She ended the phone call too abruptly, practically hanging up on me. I was nice and calm given I’ve been throwing up all morning so I don’t understand why she felt the need to speak to me the way she did.

Maybe handing them my doctor’s note from the ER will be enough “proof” for them. What a joke. Do better y’all!!

Cancelled my online order when I got to the restaurant. Called to ask why and they said “internet issues”… how’d my order go through? How’d you answer the phone? How is DoorDash getting their orders? How is the drive through getting their orders? Didn’t really make sense to me. I feel like it’s not that hard to work at McDonalds…

This place is notorious for not giving you all the items that you ordered. Double check your order when its given to you through the drive thru or when they take it to your car. I lost track of the amount of times that we’ve had missing items like barbecue sauce, fries, or an entree.

22 years later, and still having lunch at this location. Seen the building change and plenty of employees go through here over the years.

Today’s lunch was Hot ‘n Spicy McChicken day. Accompanied by small fries, apple pie, and large soda. Always a good little tasty meal, nothing extravagant, as it is McDonald’s.

I seriously miss the Club Grilled Chicken sandwich, never understood its disappearance.

Service is always top notch. I’ve seen employees transition from the lowest on the pole and move up to head manager. So proud of Cindy Hanson!! Everyone calls me by name or Mr L….

The place is always spotless clean. Inside and out. Their on site maintainer(s) are always busy cleaning.

Hope to be here for lunch another 22 years. 🙂

If you are looking for a typical McDonalds feel free to keep driving to another. Cannot do “small” (or regular size) for any meal, so will upcharge you no matter what. Oh, you won a free small fries from McDonald’s games/app? Can’t redeem here!

Also, always around 8pm, their soft serve goes down. Why not tell the truth, that you do not feel like cleaning the ice machine so late at night so you can leave as soon as the hour hits? Why do teenagers dictate a business?

1 star for service, and 2 stars for food. At least the fries are palpable there.

Pulled up to the first drive thru and waited for about 5 minutes nobody responded then another car pulls up to the 2nd drive thru and was greeted right away so I said asked are they not answering the first drive thru so somebody responds and says hold on then another car pulls up to the 2nd drive thru again and immediately gets greeted and order taken. At that point I drove off. Idk why they were only taking orders at the 2nd drive thru but I shouldn’t have to wait that long and I was there before the 2 cars whose order they took

It took more than 15 minutes to get 2 happy meals inside. I realize that drive thru is a priority but not to the extent of others. They need more/better help.

I order a quarter pounder no onion no ketup and add extra leaf and shredded lettuce and it seems like they can never special orders correct. This is not the first time they messed up my order. I keep going to this place because I understand the turn over rate and I keep hoping they will get the right person. But it seems like they cannot
