It’s McDonald’s the food and atmosphere are what they are but the service tonight in particular was atrocious. I waited 5 minutes for the drive through attendant to open the window and then they asked me what I ordered I told them they closed the window and opened it to ask again so I told them and then they handed me fries and said park In the number 1 space so I did and watched 3 other vehicles park in the driveway through waiting spaces get their food and leave. At which point I went inside an hour after arriving at the drive through window only to not even get an apology while they hastily filled the order and even the new fries were Luke warm at best. To be fair to management the only times I’ve had issues with this locations drive through is when the employee who was on the second window is there.

Last Tuesday a cashier processed my order that had points with cash when it was card. Next person processed almost double the amount on my card. Spoke to manager Elena that day who was polite and said come back for replacement whenever. Came back following Wednesday and they said that they didn’t have order replacement in their book despite manager taking down my personal contact info. Spoke to same manager Thursday this week. Swears my info is in the book. Went back Friday after calling to confirm she would be there. Again staff said they had no idea and that manager was “out and would be back soon” and that “literally like no one else knows your order”. Called again and got her saying it would be handled. Went back today and again she’s not there and after waiting almost 10 minutes in the drive through leaving again empty handed because management offers to fix it after staff mess up rather than refunding it and staff is clearly unaware of any such promises or how to handle it. Screaming toddler in my back seat waiting for his meal and gets no sense of haste from them. Better off with anywhere else rather than wasting my time there. I’ve tried being polite and patient because too many Karen’s in the world but this is just genuinely AWFUL customer service.

I never write reviews but this place is awful. Every time we get food here the fries are GROSS! Very cold and cooked so long there’s nothing inside. Today we ordered chicken nuggets, quarter pounder with cheese, fries. And 2 drinks. Got home and NO NUGGETS were in the bag and the fries of course were disgusting. This is very disappointing as I love McDonald’s but this particular location needs to do better.

We moved from Asia to the US. The McDonald’s restaurants usually are clean and nice in Asia, while it’s not 100% the case in the US. However, this McDonald’s is one of very good, fast, clean store we have ever been.
Definitely a 5 stars when you need to grab some food!

This was the worst McDonald’s that I have ever visited.

Very limited parking.
No playground (not a big deal but I thought I would mention it for the parents).
Small dining room.
Dirty restrooms.
Horribly slow food processing time. Took us 10+ minutes to get our food and there were items missing.

They need new management.

This has to be hands-down, the worst McDonald’s it shouldn’t take 15 minutes on a mobile order of three soft drinks and two fries and then to top it off. The fries aren’t fresh and like every single time I go there they are nowhere near full and I’m sorry if I’m spending almost 5 dollars on a large fry it should be full and fresh it wouldn’t be bad if it was a one time thing, but seeing how this is a recurring issue I wouldn’t recommend anybody go this McDonald’s just take the extra 20 minute trip and go down to crossroads

Will not be ordering from this location ever again. The manager was completely rude and didn’t even know how the app works. We had placed an order through the app and had already paid. We get to the location and they have a sign out. I completely understand if we cannot get our food but you need to update your app to reflect you are closed. I spoke with the manager and she kept denying that McDonald’s does not charge right away it charges the next business day. I told her that it has already hit my account and so I would like my money back now if we are unable to get our food. She proceeded to say it doesn’t take the money out and proceeded to tell me I can come back tomorrow with a bank statement if I want my money back. I looked through the app and have also shown a screenshot of where it states your card is charged immediately after placing your order. There obviously needs to be some reeducation and responsibility on the part of McDonald’s with their own app and the process of how it works. Disappointed with the service from here.

Waited 25 minutes for our order. When I asked why it was taking so long, the manager, Josh, was extremely rude and defensive. Our drinks had been sitting the entire time, and when we asked for them to be remade, we were ignored. When the food finally came, it was wrong. Very disappointing experience — will never return.

Ordered breakfast but they are completely out of all soft drinks which comes with your meal. So I ordered a small orange juice and they uncharged me. Just ridiculous!!
