VERY SLOW service and rude manager. Last few times took over 10 minutes in drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Last time after 10 minutes told to move ahead to wait for Big Mac. After total of 15 minutes waiting I walked in to find out what was taking so long. Manager didn’t say anything and just turned around and started speaking to staff in Spanish. Couple of minutes later handed me bag with barely warm fries and the Big Mac. Didn’t say sorry or explain the long wait. Now I drive a mile further and go to Wendy’s for fast service AND better food.

Do not trust this place. They hire people that don’t know how to count currency from the US. I go here 3-4 times per week and over the past month I have been short changed and the person taking my money had conveniently been in the way of the camera when the manager tried to review the security camera. This time they didn’t bother placing all the money in camera view. The thing is I HAVE A CAMERA & MIC INSIDE MY CAR and it shows exactly what I gave them and what they tried to give back. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! They can hardly be understood in person or the drive through speaker.

ordered around 9:30 was made to wait 15 minutes for a cold happy meal while i watched people inside do everything BUT hand me my food, when i came back and asked it was made fresh this little girl (in the gray jacket) began laughing, obviously irritated i snapped at her and just asked for the food to be remade, instead she got a manager and refused me the food i paid for then “somehow” no refund was able to be issued i have literally had no problems here before now but i will be contacting corporate the regional office as well as requesting a meeting with the general manager as this is the worst service i have received from a mcdonalds and thats saying something. photos attached show the lack of personnel at the store window over the span of minutes and i also have a recorded conversation. the manager refused to give me both her anf the employees names but i have photo, video and recorded conversation evidence, i wanted to be a lawyer so i am nothing if not thorough. not to mention the fact that I PAID FOR FOOD AND DIDNT GET IT!!
edited to add: i work in a service industry, and this behavior would NEVER be tolerated, not when i was 15,16, or any age. this level of service is abhorrent and having to state multiple times my food is cold is insane

I pick up food weekly. I’ve had a rubbery breakfast sandwich, one that tasted of cologne, and on my latest visit, a 3/4 full container of fries. You should get what you pay for! There just isn’t motivation at this location to provide good customer service. I prefer to drive past this one to get what you’d expect.

Ordered a classic egg McMuffin with cheese sausage breakfast sandwich, also tried the chicken biscuit sandwich. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t as good as I thought it’d be. Tastes like chicken but doesn’t TASTE like chicken.

Last week Wednesday July 26th I was running some errands and I decided to stop at this McDonald’s for a late lunch around 3:30 pm. The food was great but the dining area was filthy dirty. From the tables to the floors and the counter tops where you get the Soda. It was a total mess. I tried to get some ice, there was no ice and I had to ask an employee at the front counter to please fill up my cup with ice. After I ate I went to throw away what was on my tray and the garbage tank was full, and I couldn’t. Then I went to the restroom and it was filthy dirty. From the floors to the toilets. I went into the toilet stall and turned around and walked right out. It was a disaster. Didn’t even get to use it. Horrible, master of disaster. If the dining area and the restrooms look like this I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and what’s in their burgers and food. Take a look at the pictures. Will never go there again.

Drink dispenser, moldy food, always tasting horrible will not remake the food when I asked bad customer service before rust on the side of the drink machine nasty bathrooms booths are always dirty last time we were here, there was fingernails all over the table and seat. We told an employee and they did nothing health inspector needs to come here based on the other reviews with bugs and in food.

They must forget something and after leaving have to turn around and go back. Waste of time always. Now when you get you order, take your time to check ever and each item. Taste your drink and open your meal to make sure it is what you really ordered.
