McDonald’s always delivers Love. Our group of 5 loved the tasty food in a clean, hygienic setting. The employees were hardworking and friendly, adding to the great vibe. The cool ambience and the kids’ zone made it a perfect spot for families. Highly recommended !!

I went to the Gainesville, Texas McDonald’s and ordered the $5 meal deal, a medium fry, and a large Coke. The service was terrible — the staff seemed completely unorganized and didn’t seem to know what was going on. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, the employee just said, “I don’t know what they’re doing in the kitchen,” and didn’t even try to fix it. The fries weren’t fresh either. Overall, I left irritated and disappointed. Definitely not the kind of service or food quality you expect from McDonald’s.

Be careful ordering the breakfast bagel. Mine was burnt this morning. Also, I redeemed my 4500 points for a free frappe, and the machine was down. I lost all my points. This McDonald’s is a joke. Why would you serve something like this? Absolutely unbelievable.

Terrible service. Not mean, just not making any effort! They let us walk out without giving us the M&M McFlurry we order and paid for. We came back in with reciept. They explained they ran out cups and … nothing. They were done. When granddaughter asked if they could put it in a drink cup, they said “Yeah, sure”. 5 minutes later they handed us an ice cream cup with just ice cream. Then they finally asked.if there was supposed to be something on this M&M McFlurry? Yes, so another 5 minutes the cup got delivered with a few M&Mos sprinkled on top! Ridiculous!

It is unbelievable you can’t get anyone to wait on you. I don’t want a job at McDonalds. I just want a friendly face to take my order and then I’d like to eat my breakfast. Another on the list to not visit.

What is the point of ordering online if when you get there you still have to wait for them to make your order? I go through the drive through and when I pull up they tell me to pull up because they have to wait either for the drink or the food ♀️ the worst ever!!!

Today I order a mobile order and I went up the drive thru the guy ask whats your mobile order then after I said the code he stay silence. I move on and the person in the window said that they don’t have that order. Then they said move to the other window. After that they say move to the last window I waited 45minutes and nothing. I was already irritated so I parked and sent my son to ask they said they were working on it then they ask for the receipt and then just back and forth until it was one hour trying to get my order. I called my son and said just cancel the order because when I get angry I don’t eat. Also I don’t want to argue with people at least communicate with me or give me a soda free to wait or sorry say something. But nothing Horrible day! I cancel the order and left. All im saying communicate say something not just avoid me that’s not good I waited an hour. At least tell me you know what we don’t see your order I recommend cancel it. Anyways the o ernight crew and the manager they are bomb people they get your order and very respectful people specially the overnight manager.

Its not a bad place but it also is. Depending on who is working there they get the order wrong missing items or give you the wrong order entirely. Also I wouldn’t recommend getting a frappe from them because twice now I’ve been asked to pull to the third window and have had to wait a long time just for my drink. The last time I went and got one I waited at the third window for 20 minutes and someone that was delivering mobile orders to the side came back in and it was sitting on the counter the whole time I was waiting I had to get my whole order re done as everything was cold and that wernt even that busy. They made the drink and forgot I was sitting there. As someone who used to work for the company I get it but I also know that there are screens in there that show where the cars are in the drive through.
