The woman who took my order was very short and rude, as a manager for a restaurant Im a strong believer in customer service and if you simply don’t like your job please find another. My fries were super old, I would have rather waited for fresh ones no matter the wait. And half way through my fries I found the hair shown in the picture, I understand things happen but it’s been overall a terrible experience. Being McDonald’s I don’t expect much but at least have good customer service, the people in the morning time are freaking amazing!! Night crew needs to do better.

Our family stopped by to get our youngest a Happy Meal, and I have to say—this is the first time I’ve had such a pleasant experience here. Our order was taken by Eduardo, and he was wonderful. He didn’t sound irritated or rushed, and there was absolutely no attitude. Even when it came to giving our mobile code, his tone stayed calm and pleasant.

Even my husband mentioned that this was the smoothest transaction we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. No sighs, no frustration, no repeating ourselves—just great service from someone who didn’t seem bothered to be at work.

Dear Manager, I’ve been here several times, and believe me when I say: this has been the most professional experience by far. He should be recognized, or rewarded!!

2nd time in a row that I’ve had bad service here. Employees still need training on how to read the order, use the codes or the app. I went in for a coffee using the reward. Decided to talk to the lady at the counter for some human interaction.

She couldn’t get the order right. The code was for a $0.99 coffee and she was giving me a $3 total. So I believe it was an honest mistake and she didnt put the code right. Anyways, there was a line building up behind me, so I told her to cancel and I’ll use the kiosk to not hold up the line further.

Well, I used the Kiosk and I couldn’t use the code or any other deal, cause it was supposedly already used and expired. So I couldn’t get my coffee or any other deal. I did tell the person at the counter about the issue, but she didnt care and just acknowledged that when a code is ised, you cant use it anymore and too bad. Guess nice guys finish last, but it did mess up my day. Went out without my coffee.

The McDonalds up the street on Sherman and 288 loop have never given me any ussues and the service is way better.

Would recommend ordering through mobile app to make sure everything is the way you like it and double check your order. My order was incorrect the last time and the employee had the nerve to say I was wrong instead of checking in case she made a mistake. I politely had to show her that my order number is 1302 when she gave me order 1203. I didn’t make a big deal cause I have friends that have dislexia, so I know that its a struggle for some, but instead of apologizing, they get mad at me. Oh well.

I frequent this location weekly and everytime I want to order in the lobby I’m ignored for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I’ll order from the kiosk but I have to pay cash and I wait 20-30 minutes to be noticed just to pay. And then they will forget sauces/drinks etc and when I go back to get the forgotten items I again have to wait 20-30 minutes to get noticed. If I try to get someone’s attention they just ignore anyone in the lobby. I would recommend having someone at the register to assist IN STORE customers

Service is quick when I do curbside mobile orders but they usually half-fill my large fries, which is annoying because I pay extra to get more fries and they give me the same amount as a medium or less.

Haven’t been to Denton in a minute. My work no longer requires me to do so..today was an exception. Ordered basket of fries no salt and a coke..love me some McDonald’s coke. I was asked to pull up since my order was “special”. I did so. Young lady with glasses brought my order out. She did not look happy at all. Asked if there was ketchup bc I had asked for some I had a ways of a drive and could not turn around to get any. She said she thought so, I looked there was none. Asked for the ketchup again, she gave me a look thar was like..ugh..lol. can’t h3lp but laugh she’s young. She brought m3 a whole handful. Ok. Kool. Got 9n th3 road reached in to get a frie..it was slumpy..pulled them out and I be dog if they were not completely cooked. Still had a whitish look to them. Sooooo disappointed. Next time I will just stop next door at Braums.
