Well it’s time to knock you back down Mr. Ronald McDonald. I really hate when after a good, and stress free run. Gets blown out, because you don’t have enough change, then I tried to adjust my order, and for some reason I. Wasn’t allowed to do that ” probably because the Manager that hates her life either ,didn’t want to do anything that might mean work, or she was gonna quit and really didn’t give a damn about customers. So I was able to accommodate her @ the McDonald’s on University Dr. Next to Jack n The Box in Denton Tx by using my wife’s CC so no change was necessary but when it’s already been a problem from the start then you want to go ahead and lie to me and tell me everything is In the bag BBQ sauce ketchup spicy buffalo and salt n pepper sweet n sour I got the pepper and BBQ sauce enough to be gone in one bite but it really pissed the kids of not being able to dip their nuggets in their sauce and stick their Fries in ketchup and make a mess all over the backseat, wait there is a positive side no mess maybe j should say thank you, Hell No yohr customer service sucks and the food was horrible. Manager lady if you were gonna quit I hope you did if not you should be fired!!

Not a fan of this McDonald’s. Very slow service. Counter person was not helpful. Not sure how well she could understand me. There is no soda fountain, and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes trying to get a refill. I never got one. The doordash people were everywhere crowding in front and push people aside, because there order’s were not done.

Worst McDonald’s I have been to wether it’s buying my own food or Uber eating I am given attitude and treated extremely poorly as a customer. ON TOP OF THAT! They treat their employees like dogs!!! My little sister applied and worked at this McDonald’s for less than a few weeks before transferring. They made her come home crying having panic attacks something needs to be done about management at this establishment before they lose more customers I am a student at twu it’s very easy for me to spread the los and make them lose more than just one customer.

I visited McDonald’s today and when I got in there there was a short line of doordash/Uber pick ups so I waited. Once they all left I stood at the counter waiting while it looked like they were getting drive thru orders ready. One of the managers walked up to me and asked if I was picking up an order and after I replied “no but I’m waiting to order “ she walked off. I stood there a little longer and then another pick up person came in and they helped her immediately. They then pulled her in front of me so without be rude I stopped and asked “are you all not taking orders up here or something?” And then the lady that walked away and another manager said “well our system is down so you can only order on the kiosk or in drive thru”. I was there for about 15 minutes and I just feel like someone could’ve told me that at any point in time rather than just letting me stand there

People really, really undersell McDonald’s- I don’t understand why they’re considered to be one of the worse chains. They’re not gonna get a Michelin star anytime soon, but the food is plenty good for what you pay for; the number of times I’ve been satisfied here GREATLY outweigh those that’ve been disappointing. It’s not perfect, but it’s cheap, smooth, and really hits the spot when you need it.
