Gave this location so many chances to serve the correct amount of fries. The quantity of fries has gotten progressively worse and worse. Ordered through their drive thru and door dash and the amount they claim is large fries as absolutely ridiculous. This is not a way to save money.
Edit: McDonald customer service is trash. Sending automated responses, lack of accountability, and discovery on a location that chooses to underserve their customers. They rather blame DoorDash and UberEats and make them pay for the portion size issue than deal with the root issue when it is about portion served NOT delivery issues.

First time eating during rush hour and with all the chaos I can’t believe how well the staff and management handled the efficiency of each us customers. Longer wait time but the service was superb and friendly! Who ever is running this McDonalds is very great and calculated, thank you ! I ordered no ketchup/mustard and got exactly that kiddos cooks .

Rated low on atmosphere because I was Hit up for food from two male boys probably about 10 and 11 years old- Well dressed and with cell phones- Lounging in chairs , hitting up people to buy them food.

Service been horrible here last month. They must have changed management recently. Wait time in drive thru horrible and always getting orders wrong now all of a sudden. Mobile order apps been wrong 3 out of 4 times now. Horrible. Do better. 0 stars deserved.

This location is going down fast. With NO ONE in line I was still pulled forward and told to park. After getting my food I asked the young lady why they do not server at the drive thru window anymore? She rudely responded saying to speed up times, yet there was no one in front of me or behind me. Before I could even say another word she walked away while continuing to talk rudely to me. I then check my food and everything was actually cold.

As soon as you order and pay, they park you. Only car in the drive through? They still park you. They’d rather have literally 10 cars parked than just serve you like a normal drive through. Then when they bring the orders out they have NO clue who’s order is who’s and take them all car to car hunting down who has what. It’s gotten ridiculous.

This specific location is very strict about their sauce allowance for customers, which I find ridiculous. I’ve also been told by an older woman in the drive thru on TWO separate occasions that she “can’t tell if I’m a boy or a girl” which I really don’t understand what that has to do with me ordering food…
Play place is decent, and it’s somewhere to go when Chik Fil A up the street isn’t open.
If I have a choice, I prefer going somewhere else.
Otherwise, it’s what you would typically expect from a McDonalds.

Your co-worker Aminah Stewart displayed a calm and a warming attitude towards me and made me feel welcomed when i ordered! If i was a General Manager, I’d definitely consider her for a raise!
