No monopoly pieces. I know it’s limited time but I ordered something that says it has a piece and they didn’t give it. On top of that the large drink didn’t have a piece.

I’m not one to want to leave a bad review, tonight in the drive thru I ordered a double cheeseburger with no bun and only received a box with lettuce, and 1 of my large fries barely had any fries in it. I didn’t realize till I got home and was very disappointed after a long day at work. So I did not bother going back. I get that it gets busy, I get that you possibly didn’t make enough fries but please going forward think of how you would want your food you paid for when you receive it. All orders need to be verified before handing out to customers. So that y’all can have a more efficient shift, and don’t get backed up on orders.

This morning I was door dashing and had an order here. The order was several minutes late but the store was pretty busy so it was understandable. I specifically wanted to shout out to the gentlemen who seemed to be running everything. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or not, and I didn’t catch his name. He was wearing a high vis vest. I watched him run circles around everyone else flawlessly! He was incredibly polite to every single customer I saw him interact with. He was the only one who noticed me waiting for an order. He was fast and thorough! I wanted to tell him to slow down and take a deep breath! LOL If he’s not a manager – he should be. Great job my guy!

Went through the drive thru for 3 happy meals, got home and one if the happy meals had the headset battery in it. I called the manager to let them know and all he said was oh it must’ve fallen in there if you can bring it back at your earliest convenience! Hell no actually I won’t be bringing it back at all!!

The most disgusting McDonald’s I ever been into .me and my wife stopped there Sunday afternoon to get some chicken sandwiches. and when we got home, she had took a bite off one and realized it was not even cooked. Went back to the place to talk to the manager and the manager on the phone was saying that there’s nothing they can do. this place should be shut down by Forest Hill city department. This place should not even have one star.

Girl running the drive through was so rude! They asked for our code in which we gave to them when ordering but they didn’t take it down so we told the girl at the front window and she said “I wasn’t the one who took your order” so rudely. We asked if she was having a bad day or something and she closed the window. Hire workers who actually want to work!

This McDonald’s is pretty cool because it has a table with color changing dots on it. My son is under 2yrs old and this table kept him very entertained. The kid area is closed and there’s not a lot of seating but the place is very clean. They have kiosk order which is convenient if there’s a long line.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have comes to this location. The customer service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and Matthew I’m assuming the manager demonstrates exactly what a leader should be. He is always attentive not with just us but everyone, always having a positive attitude!
