Just left after ordering 4 cookies (that is 3pc deal +1) and received 2 this is the second time this has happened and I’m quite disappointed in the whole ordeal. They slipped two separate times on the same product and it not cool that my options are too hold up the line to confirm accuracy or just wait until I get home to find out I didn’t receive what I paid for…..

I normally have a great experience dealing with the staff at this location but today 12/6 at around 8am the cashier was very rude. She practically threw the receipt at me without saying a word. I thought being courteous and respectful to customers was part of a service job. Apparently not for this young lady. I hope McDonald’s gets better cashier’s for the weekend. That was truly disgusting behavior.

am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent DoorDash order from your McDonald’s location.
My order was canceled unexpectedly. I did not receive my food, and I have not received a refund.
When I contacted the restaurant for assistance, I was placed on hold for 14 minutes without any support. I could hear background noise the entire time, but no one returned to properly assist me. When I attempted to call back, the phone system appeared to be set to automatically decline incoming calls.

Ordered at 10:01 pm for 2 people. There is not even 1 other person in the restaurant and now it is 10:18 and I still haven’t received my food!! There were only 2 people in drive through.
I went to ask the manager where the order was and she just looked around like she didn’t even know she was working in a place that takes food orders.(Middle aged to older Hispanic lady with food crumbs all over her maroon shirt without a name tag) Needless to say, I asked for my money back and went across thr street to Taco Bell where the service was super friendly andthe food was tasty.

Can’t even get an order right! I ordered 2, 40 count nuggets and 1, 20 nuggets and I only got 60 nuggets. And the fries weren’t even half way filled!!!

We were there 12/18 or 12/19 when we witnessed a military soldier coming to surprise a staff member. It was so special to see him surprise this person.. however we also saw that either a manager/supervisor/lead was rushing the person to get back to work.. they were there maybe 5 minutes if that..

The food was warm the atmosphere was awful. A man sitting by hisself having a conversation with his self was loud dirty and appeared to be on drugs. Tried to get the managers attention and she was obviously rude and ignored us so did the cashier. I will never go there again. What a disgrace!!

I got home from getting 2 happy meals, Leticia who claims she was the manager said “they don’t have to tell the customers they are not getting toys when ordering or picking up”. That’s the whole point of a happy meal!!! I got home and found these papers instead, what is a 4 year old kid supposed to do with a magazine page? I told her it would be nice to know I wasn’t getting a toy before arriving home, she said NOTHING. Horrible horrible customer service!

Absolutely rude staff, fries were ice cold, food was sloppy. Not the first time this has happened at this location and it’s gotten worse. Workers sound like they’ve been smoking (late shift). Definitely double check your order before driving off.
