Whoever the latina female who worked the Drive thru on SATURDAY JAN 31 AROUND 6AM – 6.30A should be disciplined for her lack of customer service and sour attitude! Nobody is asking you to work she clearly doesn’t want to be there. When ask for condiments or taking order she gave agitated glances and snappy remarks. She even failed to provide a receipt for our order! She definitely should not be working in any customer facing role. I want something done about this immediately

This McDonald’s is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I went to the kiosk and added an offer from my phone and when I went to checkout my offer wasn’t applied. They also charged me extra for the toppings as where at other McDonald’s locations have never done. We have waited at most 30 minutes just waiting for 4 meals. They were all basically the same thing. The employees were rude to me. I hope this review changes the way this location has been judged from my experience and other too. (Plus they forgot our fries.)

I don’t go here that often because every time I go, there is a problem. Either with my order, they don’t have something on the menu or they’re really slow. I went here the other day because my daughter likes their playplace. Most of the tables had crumbs on them, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was dirty too. Before I left we ordered more food for my wife and son who did not come with us. We waited over 15 min for a happy meal and a filet of fish meal. While waiting 2 other customers came in to have their order fixed. I’m not sure I will go to this one again, especially since there is another one about the same distance away in another direction. I will say the employees are polite but they seem to be understaffed

I recently visited my neighborhood McDonald’s and had an extremely disappointing experience. I ordered two large caramel iced macchiatos with light ice, but was handed drinks that were half-filled. When I politely questioned this, the staff tried to justify it by blaming the machine — yet the machine should also be able to account for requests like “light ice.”
I asked to speak to a manager, but instead of resolving the issue, she was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. I witnessed her going back and forth with her employees at the drive-thru window, clearly showing a lack of leadership and organization. At no point was proper customer service shown.
I kindly requested a refund and returned the drinks, yet I was denied several times until I refused to leave without my money. Only after persistent requests did they finally agree to refund me.
This location lacks basic customer service skills and proper management. I would rather drive across town than ever return to this McDonald’s. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and that appropriate steps are taken to train staff on professionalism and customer service.

I was in the mood for chicken so I ordered the McCrispy and it was so dark it looked burnt and tasted tough! They put those horrible pickles on it too. I don’t know whoever thought of that but stop! Also on one side of the bun was real close to burnt too. I only ate half of it because I just couldn’t keep on eating crap! At least the French fries were hot. Probably will order from a different location next time, if there’s a next time! I also couldn’t find where I request a refund for that chicken! And BTW they are now charging 30 cents for an extra pickle on a burger! What the heck!

Today, I’ve waited 20 minutes for my food to be delivered. Never did so, went and checked myself. Food was sitting there, but my coffee was still missing. The lady who helped me not only brought my coffee to the table, she also surprised my kids, and I with cookies and apple pies for having to wait so long.

One of the poorest service ever every now and then I go with my grandson after school to get food and this place never never has ice cream plus I’m not sure why they always ask you what kind of dipping sauce you want when they’re not gonna put it in the bag anyways also right now that they’re giving out the Halloween baskets they should put a sign that they’re not giving them out. They just give you a bag with your happy meal. They we’re giving out a toy that was given. I don’t know about two months ago. They’re giving out the toy with a happy meal box. Everybody else is giving out other toys. I believe that’s just toys that they have left but but the real main thing is when are they gonna fix the ice cream machine and have some ice cream once in a while

I went to McDonald’s and ordered a original mccrispy meal when i got to the window the pay their tap wasnt working and after i paid and got my food i got home and saw they gave me the mccrispy strips. I understand the misunderstanding but at the same time i said origina mccrispy not 3pc mccrispy strips. I was not in any mood to go back or anything so we decided to just try the strips but they were dry and old as if they had been sitting out for a while.

Absolutely horrible, I am beyond upset with this location about the way they handled things today. Would leave negative stars if I could. There were multiple kids that were WAY TOO BIG to be playing where there are little kids. These bigger kids kept knocking these little kids down and being incredibly disrespectful. The lady with them tried to ask them kindly to stop. The kids yelled at her and told her she wasn’t their mom. she then attempted to speak with management about the situation and they just kind of brushed it off. I wouldn’t want to bring any kids here to play because I feel like the situation was completely disregarded. The food was inedible, chicken buckets were hockey picks. On top of that there was roaches in the restaurant and the food. It was so disgusting and disappointing.

When you order in drive thru and tell them several times what kind of sauce I need and plenty of ketchup up and I use to get my food and drive home but I now have to check bag because they never put sauce or ketchup in bag so it’s habit to check before driving of because I don’t wanna hear my kids whine about no sauce
