I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but this was my final straw with this location. The buns are always stale. But this time I’m not even joking. It was a big Chunk of hair in my burger. This is absolutely disgusting and when I took the matter up with them, yes they were very professional and I appreciate it. They gave me my refund along with a new fresh burger. So I appreciate the staff for handling the matter professionally, but overall this is not safe. This is a health hazard. Please avoid this location

Asked for some jelly and picante, got the window shut on me at the drive-thru. Sat there making eye contact with at least 5 of the employees trying to wave them down and none of them wanted to open the window. Terrible customer service. Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. No decency, respect, or a care in the world. First 2 times I been here, I let that bs slide. I get it, they deal with costumers all day, but there’s no excuse for being terrible people. Do better.

Does this not deliver with Uber anymore? This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered and just says “preparing order” for over an hour before it finally lets me cancel without charging a fee. If it doesn’t deliver take it off the order options.

This is the first time in 56 years that I’ve seen a McDonald’s with no seating. Not even barstools while you wait.
Will not be returning.
That being said, my order seems to be correct, and the fries look better than most.

All I can or will say and share is I am not a big fan of McDonald’s. I never have liked them too much. But they have a spicy chicken sandwich that’s off the chain. And it’s cheap. The service was okay. If I drive off smiling, I’m good. I’ve gotta big mouth, and if something ain’t right or correct I sure will & do say a lot. Nobody wants to hear my mouth. So if I drove off smiling then they did me right.

I expect when you I order a large coffee or macchiato that the cup would be filled up or damn near filled up to the top. I just came through the drive-thru about 20 minutes ago and a large caramel macchiato that I ordered looks like whoever made it had the setting for a medium size drink, realized it halfway through and was just like “oh well they won’t notice” and continued making it anyway when they should have stopped and remade it the correct size. The reason I noticed how little was in my large cup was when I opened it to stir it. I hope management sees this review and makes the appropriate changes and let staff know they cannot continue with this type of laziness. I have photos as well to prove it.

Place was fine for the longest but these last 2 weeks they just keep messing up my order. I dont want the meal I want the single item. And then I get the wrong burgers when I ask for specific ones, or giving me cheese when i asked for no cheese( the sticker on the box even says no cheese but i keep getting it anyway, but then they try to make it a meal and i just want the 1 thing. Stop volunteering me for food I don’t want or like and make the food I do ask for correctly. I usually never leave bad reviews unless multiple visits go bad. And this one just cant get it right

This is the worst experience at a McDonald’s in my whole life and I am 60 years old.
All order kiosk . Very slow customer service . I waited 20 minutes on my food !
There are only 3 parking spaces 1 handicap and the rest are for pull up orders using the McDonald’s App.
No dinning in .
Never been to one like this and never will eat at one like this again !
Only gave 1 star mostly because I had to choose a star.

Well it’s 11:38 pm here at McDonald’s and after we paid at first window cashier was in his personal phone, upon arrival to second window lady handed us a bag with an apple pie and closed window which was not our order then we had to give receipt bc they lost our order had to wait even longer they were just in there laughing like oops they made a mistake. Did not receive my receipt back and order was all messed up. Tonight’s service sucked and don’t ever have an issue like this when coming here.

It’s not fully automated like they say! We had original come here because it’s supposedly one of the only McDonald’s restaurants that is automated. However, we were disappointed to learn that the only thing that sets it apart from other locations is a robotic dispenser that dispenses food to guests who have ordered ahead online. They only have one of these robotic dispensers and you must order ahead far from the location. If they detect that you’re close to the store, they don’t give you the option to pick up using the dispenser.
This location has no table service. Inside there’s a kiosk and a place to pick up your order. Don’t expect to sit down to eat your meal here.
