SANDWICH WAS MADE INCORRECTLY
I went to this location for breakfast because I had a busy day ahead of me. I purchased a sausage McMuffin with egg and a hashbrown. Just 2 simple things. When I arrived home and sat down to eat my food, I instantly saw that my sandwich had a folded egg (artificial and spongey) rather than a round egg (more natural) that it was suppose to come with. I really hate the folded egg and this particular sandwich isn’t even suppose to come with this a folded egg. To some this may seem minor, but to me this was a big deal and very frustrating. Not a great start to my day

Dont order food here. Worst worst management ever ,wasting people’s time , 20 mins for an order and have to remind them saying still an item is missing…a guy came behind me saying he is been waiting for 20 mins out there in waiting area after staff making him wait just for cookies , for which he came to pick up finally…

In December was the picture with 4 large fries. I asked if they can give me large fries they said those were it. I asked were was the rest of the fries. I asked for the manager. She came out and said corporate showed her how to fill them up and that’s the way she was doing it and her employees were gonna do it. Short tiny Hispanic lady. Was rude AF. They took my fries and brought back some other ones which are the ones in the pic. Same maybe a medium size fill up if that. Not the first time it happens. I had it happen again yesterday so I called the number and talked to someone told her not the first time she offered to send me something in the mail for the inconvenience. I’ve been to plenty of MCDONALD’S in my day some do this not all.the time bit at this McDonald’s it’s every time. They take advantage of people stealing practically we pay for a large we get a medium. The lady I talked to today said she was gonna talk to them. I hope they make them fries the size we pay for.

Very slow… Hours here say they close at 11 pm, hours on door say they close at 10 pm. Another sign says the close at 8 pm. Don’t respect delivery people. “It’s not your food, why you care…” While it may not be my food. It’s definitely my time and money. They are trash.

They closed at 11:45 when they are open at 13 they locked the doors and were cleaning and not answering the drive through at all, 2 Mexican ladies and they sadly of all this gentleman came back asking them for just sauce and they just waved him off at the window. This was just an overall horrible experience and I will be following up with corporate until this is resolved. I told that to them in the drive through as well. And even tried to give them a chance to not be lazy but they just stayed with it. Never go here if they are this lazy just imagine how the store is ran.
