Stopped in to buy some McDonald’s one does at 9:40 at night. Was disappointed to hear the ice cream machine was down but we settled for some happy meals. We got two happy meals, and I’m sad to say I was a little surprised with the price! Lets just say they have gone up a little. Anywho it all was made better by the lady who was working the second window. She was an absolute ray of sunshine and gave us our food and drinks quickly and cheerfully. The only problem with drive through, you cant get the names of those wonderful workers! Hopefully we can snag it next time!

We just left and this place was filthy! The lobby hadn’t been cleaned in hours as there are French fries on the floor at 730 am(and they don’t serve French fries for breakfast). Flies all over the filthy tables. What looks like soda spilled all over the floor. And they were not busy so no excuse. If the lobby is this dirty then makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!

Stopped in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning to grab some breakfast. When we got there, there was no other customers. Was very disappointed. The inside was filthy. Food and trash all over the floors and tables. We had to walk around to find a clean table. The food was good, but not hot or fresh when it came out. There were no condiments anywhere to be found. Had to hunt down someone to get a straw and napkins. And the employees did not seem very friendly or happy to see us, not a single smile, or “thank you”. This was our first and last time here. Will definitely not be returning to this (or probably any) McDonald’s, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Was informed when asking for a refill that they charged when there was absolutely no signage indicating there would be an additional charge. The only answer management gave was that it was a privately held franchise so they weren’t required to post signage and said that I should have known since they had moved the soda machine in the back. Overall the food was decent and arrived in a timely fashion but all that was heavily overshadowed by the total lack of a civilized resolution.

It’s super annoying that even management doesn’t acknowledge that you’re there. I doordash now, but when I was in fast food management, that wouldn’t fly. An acknowledgement of a person’s presence isn’t that hard. These managers here won’t even make eye contact with you. Like you should be setting the standard of customer service, not falling into the same bad habits that Your high school employees do. This wasn’t a young manager either This dude is probably in his thirties if not my age. It’s 3:35 on a Saturday afternoon and it’s dead up here. There’s absolutely no reason for this level of horrible customer service. I have absolutely no issues when I’m working in the morning, but for some reason afternoon shift managers just seem to suck seriously do better

Most everything was good, but they do not offer refills. Only McDonald’s I have ever been to that does not offer free refills. One of the biggest perks eating at a fast food place or eating out almost anywhere are the free refills. Won’t be back to this location. Service of the employees was great, but not offering a refill service gave this place a 1 Star in service and a 1 Star overall.

Whoever was working the drive thru, collecting money at the first window on September 1, 2023 needs charges brought against her. This woman tried stealing money from my account. Luckily I caught it and got it reversed. I would’ve talked to a manager, but the number for this location is currently disconnected. Wonder how many people she got with this scam? Will NEVER be eating here again.
