I ordered ahead through the McDonald’s app to save time, but the experience did the opposite.When I arrived, there were no cars in the drive-thru, no one waiting inside, and I only ordered two cheese burgers and a small fry. I gave them my order code, and instead of handing over a ready order, I was immediately asked to pull around and wait.
This was at 12:38 PM, squarely during lunch hours, and I still waited over five minutes despite the store being completely empty. Are cheeseburgers and fries sort of their core business? That defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead.
To make matters worse, the window operator was rude and dismissive when telling us to “pull around and wait.”. I get that delays happen, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy.
I would have thought that having a simple order (no modifications and limited to their core menu) and ordering ahead would have make this process fairly simple and fast. Not so. Lesson learned.

The employees on night shift, act like having customers is a burden. The DT cashier put his head against the window frame and wouldn’t look at me while handing me the drinks I ordered. I will not come here again at night.

Ordered a regular oreo mc flurry. They must be trying to save money by cutting back on portion sizes! I was offended when I saw the amount in my cup! This was not an accident. It was purposeful. The last time they did this to me I asked why. The girl said her manager watches over their shoulders and tells them how much ice cream to put. I made them remake it. Check your order before leaving and don’t be afraid to ask them to remake and do better! I didn’t check before leaving this time but will from now on!

The customer service or lack thier of is always the problem here. Mcdonalds wants so bad to ignore all the customers and just run a drive through, which is fine lock your doors and stop ignoring and being rude to guest that pay all your high corporate salaries . Clearly you don’t care about this issue as it seems like policy

Service is good and not expensive, but the atmosphere sucks. Just saying, the customers who go to McDonald’s are sometimes mean, like at every McDonald’s. The burger the McDonald’s kind of tastes like medicine

What happened to the “do you want fries with that” question? If I had known a #4d didn’t come with fries, I would’ve ordered them. And I asked for cheese, got charged for cheese but, it never made it to the sandwich. Normally.. no complaints about this store but, found one tonight.

Take a look at these french fries this is a large order fresh out of the sack they had to be at the drive-through. Looks like they poured the leftovers in the bottom of the basket into my tray and served it to me, really feel cheated. all the french fries in the holder are that size and that old.

Would give 0 stars if possible,tried to order here on 7/11/24 only to be told they had stopped taking orders. I thought this location was 24 hours I know where I work we can’t just close early,and so I tried today,11/12/24 ordered a 20 piece nugget and large fry,the fries were cold old and half full and the nuggets were almost hard as a brick like they’d been in a pan sitting and then refried to be heated up. They were so dryyyy and I could probably mash them together to make a brick out of them very disappointed will not be back.
